If you have the option of staying here , don’t even consider any other options. One of the very few places where hospitality is a culture and not an attempt to improve survey responses.

There were mosquitoes in the room. There was also a mosquito repellent machine but with no liquid and there was no refill available in the room. It took me almost an hour and half to get the refill after several calls to housekeeping, concierge and the duty manager.

The Oberoi is situated in an amazing location in Mumbai, offering great rooms with views of the endless ocean. Right opposite the hotel, you can spend peaceful time at Nariman Point.

most wonderful guest experience from Mr Kaul through to Bella (room lady) , Richard the chef and Madhavi in the restaurant My wife's 50th birthday celebration was really special Hotel beautiful. Food amazing. Room brilliant and nice to have netflix in the room on a big TV especially during monsoon season Thank you
