Deluxe Lagoon View Rooms have views over the swimmable lagoons, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 infant.
Deluxe Studio Rooms are more spacious and have a separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).
Deluxe Lagoon Access Rooms have direct access to the swimmable lagoons from the balcony, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 infant.
Deluxe Studio Lagoon Access Rooms are oversized rooms with lounge area, with 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).
Executive Suites have a living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).
Lagoon Access Suites with access to the lagoon via a private path; larger Deluxe Executive Suites; 2-storey Ocean View Suites with full kitchen; Deluxe Ocean View Suites which also have butler station and dedicated area by the beach with private sun loungers; duplex-style Grand Lagoon Suites with large terrace with direct access to private lagoon pool, butler station and private sun loungers. All suites sleep maximum 3 adults.
One Bedroom Villas are set in the lush gardens and include a private pool, as well as a large dining and living space, a kitchen and bathroom that opens onto a private terrace, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years of age).

My husband and I just returned after spending an incredible week with who we now call our Laguna Family! We miss everyone already and will be making plans to return. From the moment of checked in to the time we checked out we were well taken care of. We were greeted everywhere around the property by name. Our rooms were amazing and our room attendant Cahayadi took so much pride in his work everyday. The concierge staff went above and beyond as we were coming and going from hotel. Purna, Falerius, Alit and the entire crew was FANTASTIC every day and night! My favorite part about the staff is that they all are passionate storytellers . They love sharing their culture with you, it’s not only the beautiful decor throughout the resort, you feel the wonderful Balinesian/Indonesian culture and spirit throughout! An experience I will never forget! We have traveled around the world and by far this has been our BEST stay. We brought photos home to remember our favorite gifts, our new family!

We are a couple in our 60's and this resort suited as as there weren't many family's with children, the room was very comfortable and spacious . Big thanks to Fila and Yusi for there warm welcome everyday at the Sapphire bar and I wish I could remember the name of the young tall man at breakfast he had the section inside near the egg and bacon section, excellent service and talking about breakfast one of the best we have had in Bali. The Cons, there were a couple of times the service was lacking but the staff were always very apologetic and friendly and resolved the issue quickly. Over all the staff were great always had a smile on there face and welcoming. We didn't always eat at the rest restaurant as my wife is a bit fuss and not much in the way of pasta dishes on the menu so we ate next door at there sister resort which have an Italian restaurant. We would stay at this resort again.

Relaxing stay

Just completed 3 nite relaxing stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and we love them. The kids love the swimming pools. Breakfast spread was good but varieties lacking compared to other hotels in Bali.
Shout out to Sabrina in the concierge for helping us getting an e-toll card during her off duty time. Thanks a bunch !!!
