Signature Rooms are newly refurbished, with city or river views, and either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Counter informed that it can arrange early check in at noon so we returned at noon to get our room. Then counter informed that no room available and wait till 3PM. So we waited in the lobby till 3pm. They gave our room exactly at 3pm. Room was so dirty and smelly. We complain to change the room and they ask it will take another one more hour wait. We express our disappointment and few minutes later they explained another room available. Second room was bit better than first one but not value for the price we paid. Tv was half dark Floor carpet many damage and stain in many places Bathroom not clean and many places with black mold Bathroom with some flys We noted that this room was available earlier but staff deliberately did not gave us the room. We really felt that stuff with lak of humor and also having fun by doing it to customer. Breakfast was not good and cook making eggs treat us like 3rd class people. No one great customer. Lots of ship crew stay in this hotel and seems staff treat other guests in same manner. Also we noted many running maintenance done by staff and it makes room small with paint. Very old hotel. Really not recommend for couples and holiday travelers. Read less

We have just held our wedding at Copthorne King's Hotel and would have to say it was such an easy and enjoyable journey thanks to the amazing staff, food, and service. Meeting our banquet manager Ivan was the best thing for our wedding prep. From the start, Ivan has been very clear and honest to us on what is the best the hotel has to offer for our wedding, as well as helping us decide what was doable that would help meet our budget. He has been essential in helping us clear every milestone in planning for our wedding day to be seamless at Copthorne King's Hotel. Ivan was always contactable and approachable whenever we had inquiries for our wedding day banquet. His professionalism and experience in this industry has truly helped us in everyway to make our wedding such a fun and enjoyable experience at Copthorne King's! Truly grateful to his prompt and clear replies to our inquiries, working with us to make it such an enjoyable and restful planning. Would also like to appreciate Nic the Banquet Manager for the actual wedding day. He sat down with us and our wedding coordinator and went through over our schedule in great detail. Suggesting to us how we can tweak things, adjust timings in order for dishes to be served in time for the guests to have a seamless experience to enjoy the food along with the videos and activities we have planned for the day. He also made regular check ins with our wedding coordinator to ensure that everything will be served at the right time without interrupting any of the celebration activities. All our guests were amazed by the food. Praising its authenticity, and at how delicious it was. We had guests that do not usually fancy eating braised ducks, but feedbacked to us after the ceremony that the braised duck is really delicious. From the starters to desserts, the guests had nothing high praises for the food. Portion sizes for each table was also generously portioned to ensure everyone got to leave the wedding day celebration feeling belly-filled and satisfied. Overall, we had a lovely experience on our special day and would totally recommend Copthorne King's and the food at Tien Court to our dear friends! We can't think of a better place with such a dedicated team and great food to hold our special day, will definitely recommend Copthorne King's for people looking for a place for their wedding. A great place to stay while in Singapore. The room was clean and the staff is so polite and helpful. The food is tasty as well. It also has a well maintained swimming pool, gym and the nearest MRT can be used to roam around in Singapore. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel is very old, not clean at all, and the staff is completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, they have no idea what hospitality means. The quality of the food is way below average—simply unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
