Loved the experience especially coz of staff like Jay. Thank you so much! Looking forward to my next stay at Grand Caupthorn Waterfront Singapore! The buffet spread was amazing especially on Sunday! The food was exceptionally great, thanks once again!

Just spent a week at the hotel having stayed here a few years ago and again thoroughly enjoyed our experience that included Club Lounge. All the girls at the Club Lounge (Richelle, Ashley and Selina) were magnificent, always polite, friendly, professional and always attentive and provided a lovely place and atmosphere to relax and enjoy the food, drink and time with family and friends. There wasn’t anything they couldn’t do to ensure our time there was extremely pleasant and we will certainly be booking the Copthorne + Club Lounge again as it was truly well worth the money and the facilities were first class. Had a bit of mishap (dehydration and muscle spasm/cramps) after playing padel at Prime, on the 6th floor, and was attended to by hotel’s staff, Deneal from Conceirge. Without hesitation he started massaging and icing both my legs but eventually we had to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. Nevertheless Deneal was prompt, professional and… Read more

Nevertheless Deneal was prompt, professional and went the extra mile. Thank you Deneal. The hotel manager (I believe) called me later in the day to check in with me too. I wasn’t a guests of the hotel per se, but they ensured I was still looked after. Very professional from all angles. Bravo. The hotel’s occupancy seems to be doing well every time I’m there for padel, which is weekly, and I can now see why! Read less
