Upon checking in, Marilyn enquired if there's any special occasion during the stay and I mentioned it is for my partner's birthday celebration and forget to state during online booking. She immediately arranged in-room service and had a pleasant stay with great view!😊

Everythink was wonderfull! Out with my family stay here for 3nights breakfast was great and room great and awesome with wter filter and inside will recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends Marie was helpful during check out process and luagge help over all its i nice location and river view thanks

The pillows are fluffiest and help to improve sleeping quality. Front office staffs are so friendly, and was excited to be given a free upgrade to the Apartment. Thank you Shirley, Syaakir, Hassan and definitely Paul of concierge for the beautiful experience making us feel at home while away from home.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, Sheila went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Her warm welcome and impeccable service truly made my experience unforgettable. The room is clean and comfortable.

Stayed at the 29 floor. View was nice. Food was great. Everything was close to a wonderful family staycation. Needed some assistance and Marie was very helpful and tended to my needs whenever I needed help. Thank you Marie! Will definitely come again 😌
