Central riverside location. Approx 10-minute walk to Mohamed Sultan (a popular entertainment district) and river taxi to Boat Quay and Clarke Quay (shopping and entertainment). Transfer time from Singapore Airport: 25 minutes.

This hotel offer good deals, great options, and a good location for anyone travelling to singapore. Food options were good as well, with 1 mrt stop away from orchard

I've been to Grand Copthorne a few times but this is the first time trying the newly renovated grand deluxe suite. It is clean, comfortable and absolutely massive. Of course, the furnishings aren't as grand as a Four Seasons or other big names, but I've enjoyed this room much more than comparably priced ones with the big name hotels, and would definitely recommend to family visiting Singapore. To be very upfront, the jump up in quality between the grand deluxe suite and the other rooms feels like I'm in another hotel. My stays at the premier were serviceable but nothing to shout about. The rooms were consistently bigger for the price though compared to others. I was attended to by Roderick at the service desk. He was friendly and very helpful, giving directions and answering questions I had about the facilities. The breakfast here is also very good, though it serves mostly the same thing day to day so can feel a bit bland for longer term stays. Read less
