Customer service was impeccable. I wish I knew more names, everyone was so polite and helpful, Brent helped us as we were checking out and went above and beyond.
Hard to be here with young baby, the fridge in the room is too warm for milk bottles and there was no freezer, but the hotel staff were helpful in letting us use their downstairs…

It has a Very good environment, and the staff was super helpful and polite. Brent remembered me from my last visit 1 year back and was courteous. Brent helped us with our luggage and made us feel special.
The entire check in and check out process was very smooth.

I came here to attend my friend’s wedding and dropped my Gucci scarf at the drop-off area. The staff ‘Brent’ helped me keep the scarf and returned to me. I’m very impressed with the service. The person at the concierge were also helpful. The food here is awesome 💕
