This hotel is truly a fabulous place to book , friendly staff, amazing room, I am very picky and couldn’t fault it, great afternoon tea, if you stay here book a time for the Long Bar so you skip the queue which was very long for visitors!
Doormen are great and get you a taxi very quickly, hope to come back here one day as it’s so good
Fantastic Experience

Visited some years ago for afternoon tea (stayed at MBS on that occasion) and always said we would love to stay at Raffles if we came to Singapore again. Nothing wrong with MBS but a completely different experience and lacking character/history.

We were not disappointed and everything about the place and experience is fantastic.
Pity I couldn’t get Accor points or credited for nights stayed as booked through a travel agent, but never mind.

This was a last minute staycation for our family and it is one we certainly will not regret. Wonderful stay at the Raffles Singapore. The hotel was renovated 5 years ago but is extremely well maintained and looks and feels new. The suites are generously sized and elegantly furnished in a modern colonial style. Service is impeccable. Kudos to our butlers especially Lucman (and another lady whom we missed her name) and also resident historian Nazri who led us one an enlightening and interesting tour of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with good quality produce and extensive spread. Swimming pool was also private and long enough for decent laps. Will highly recommend for couples but also families.

Came to do the Singapore Sling, a bit Disney but worth the high price to tick it off

Came around mid afternoon and had to queue for about 15 minutes before getting in (you can't book) and once we got to the front of the queue the service was great - friendly, engaging and fun. Had the famous Sling which was excellent and had plenty of alcohol in it, and stayed for one more beer.

The prices are high ($39 each for a sling and $22 for a pint of Tiger, which you can get for less than half that most places on the Island) but it's worth it to see the place, spend a bit of time there and soak up the atmosphere.

One of the best hotels in the world

The staff were amazing and perfectly complimented this iconic hotel. From collection at the airport through to check out nothing was to much trouble. In particular would recommend both the Singapore Sling in the Long Bar and beautifully prepared cocktails in the Writers Bar.
