240 guest rooms. All with floor-to-ceiling windows, 40” LED HDTV with Bose surround sound, 350-thread linen over signature W bed, bathroom with rainforest shower, separate bathtub and Bliss Spa products, mood lighting, iPod docking station, multi-phone plug connectors and complimentary WiFi access. Wonderful Rooms are spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, island views and sleep maximum 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.

Away Rooms have a balcony with panoramic pool and sea views, a stand-alone bathtub and sleep maximum 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.

My partner and I stayed at the W Singapore - Sentosa Cove for a short 5 night stay and we cannot fault the experience. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, professional and very helpful with suggestions on local tourist attractions and points of interest. The breakfast choices are excellent and offer a full array of options that will satisfy even the most fussy of eaters. The amenities at the hotel were varied with an excellent gym and swimming pool. We would definitely recommend W Singapore - Sentosa Cove to any prospective visitor as I can assure you will not be disappointed. Read less

This was a bit of mixed experience. I had already checked in in the app, but when reaching the hotel, still had to queue up. What is the point of offering online checkin when the checkin agent still needs to see your ID, sign paperwork etc etc and took a long time to process this all as well. This was a bit of mixed experience. I had already checked in in the app, but when reaching the hotel, still had to queue up. What is the point of offering online checkin when the checkin agent still needs to see your ID, sign paperwork etc etc and took a long time to process this all as well. Either disable the online checkin, or clearly state there is no need to queue up. The positive side is that the Bonvoy Gold benefit worked, and I got upgraded. Late checkout was also available until 1pm due to high occupancy - ok no problem. The room was large with a bit quirky decoration. Ample storage space and a comfortable bed. But no hairdryer in the room which I had to ask for. Also, it was impossible to use the DVI-in connection to watch content downloaded onto my iPad. The wall sockets are there but have no function. I then wanted to connect the DVI cable from the BlueRay player instead but guess what - that one wasn't even connected to anything! So housekeeping needs to keep a better check if all items that are advertised in the room description actually are present and working. Prices for spa services seem outrageous - $185 for a 60 minutes massage - no thanks. Despite getting the late checkout, when I went back to my room well before the promised 1pm (it was 12:10), I found myself locked out of my room. Checkin staff dropped the ball here - promised late checkout, but did not re-program the card. When I then went down to get the card reprogrammed so that I could enter my room and actually get my things to vacate the room, the staff at the counter asked me to wait in line with the guests checkin in. Not very helpful, especially since I should not have to be there in the first place. Luckily a more senior staff member understood the issue and got it sorted out. Given the price paid for the room, I would not expect these things to happen. Read less
