All with floor-to-ceiling windows, 40” LED HDTV with Bose surround sound, 350-thread linen over signature W bed, bathroom with rainforest shower, separate bathtub and Bliss Spa products, mood lighting, iPod docking station, multi-phone plug connectors and complimentary WiFi access. Impeccable check in service from Ryan at the front desk! Ryan was really friendly and helped to accomodate a super early check-in. He really made me and my family feel very welcome at W Hotel, two thumbs up! Also W Hotel is the only hotel in Singapore with a pool open 24 hours, awesome!

Excellent hotel with luxurious features available; these include a massive outdoors swimming pool, morning buffet with a wide selection of food, and events ranging from Happy Hour to morning yoga. The bus service is also great. If you are looking for a best of the best quality stay, this is the hotel for you.

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Sumiko/Anthony (Guest Experience) and Sanjiv (Front Desk) for the phenomenal experience they put together for my son’s 8th birthday staycation at W Hotel. My son was absolutely delighted to see the birthday tent with his favourite Pokemon character, and even a specially designed Squirtle birthday cake in his favourite blue colour! The thought and attention that went into designing this surprise truly blew us away! Maxime the hotel manager also popped round to say hi on check in. As a platinum member I was upgraded to the Fantastic Suite - my kids thoroughly enjoyed the plunge pool and the view to the marina was out of this world! The breakfast team the next morning also arranged a birthday pancake for my son and came round to sing happy birthday! I am a top tier member at the IHG and Hilton chain, but nowhere have I received as warm a welcome as at W Sentosa! We had the great pleasure of staying at the W Hotel Sentosa Cove from the 7/11 - 11/11 2024. From the moment we stepped into the hotel until the time we departed, our experience was one of the best we have had in a long time, & we travel a lot! The room was fantastic & spacious, the amenities we on point & the staff exceptionally helpful. I also really want to personally commend a W staff member Nick Toong. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick on the first night as we sat in the Bar for drinks & his attention to detail, service & pleasant nature was top notch. Not only did we enjoy the conversations & service from Nick over our stay, but also the way he befriended our 9 year old daughter's & helped her cook Smore's with the other kids was above & beyond. Well done to Nick, a credit to the W business, the experiences that keep people coming back.
