Staying at Avani Bangkok was a great choice. Their customer service in every area was excellent. Love this place and I highly recommend.

My wife and I spent two day in Bangkok in September of 2024. Our experience at Avani+Riverside surpassed all expectations - room with gorgeous views, excellent service, amazing breakfast, convenient complimentary boat ferry to transportation hub, increasing Le infinity pool with awesome views!

I would like to commend the hotel manager who was there at my stay from 7 to 11 September 2024. His name is Birth and he told me he just joined the hotel recently. His service level is excellent. I asked him for help on many issues and he assist to resolve them for me as soon as possible. One example was that I was unsure of where to find nice… Read more
I would like to commend the hotel manager who was there at my stay from 7 to 11 September 2024. His name is Birth and he told me he just joined the hotel recently. His service level is excellent. I asked him for help on many issues and he assist to resolve them for me as soon as possible. One example was that I was unsure of where to find nice food for dinner on one of the nights and Birth went to extra mile to search for me and gave me his recommended list when I went down to the concierge. Another example would be when I left some items in the hotel which had to be sent to my girlfriend's house in Thailand, he arranged it properly for me and ensured that it will reach her place the next day. Birth has a positive attitude and is always smiling. This makes boosts the mood of hotel stayers like myself. He also gets along well with his colleagues as they show good teamwork together. Birth is definitely an asset to your hotel and I believe his presence will help retain clients. Thank you. Read less

Excellent choice of accommodation to stay when you travel with family or friends or even for company event. Clean and comfortable room with nice view of Chao Phraya River! Nice spread of breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly and efficient staff who are happy to go the extra mile. Excellent rooftop pool, as a great way to start the day, before enjoying a quality breakfast with an extensive range of options. Enjoyed the sunset views over the river from the rooftop bar, although the drinks are a little pricey.
