We are also escorted in our room by คุณไข่มุก she's brilliant and knowledgable about the resort and vicinity. The room is wonderful, amenities, bed, linens, fresh towels and pillows are clean and tidy. The surprise set up for my birthday from housekeeping, I was touched ♥️ The breakfast is fantastic! It is busy, but the staff are attentive and helpful always willing to help and smile on their faces. Checking out is smooth by Ms. Nurse and a lovely farewell by Khun Poonsup. Escorted by Khun Kod (concierge) to our car. Overall is Superb Experience! We will definitely coming back! Highly recommended to Family and Friends! We wish we could stay more days soon. Down on the Shoreline Restaurant - I am so pleased nothing has changed here. The hot rock table cooking is still so unique; to be able to cook your own piece of meat to a perfect temperature from your seat. In front of the ocean! BTW. The lamb chops are still the best! good location next to Ciceda market , tamarene market. exellent service and good mindset staff. bigest pool good for exercise. have shorine beach club for swimming and dinner. Executive lounge is exellent service and quality food and drink

Room very well maintained by housekeeping, breakfast had plenty of choice and went the extra mile when we requested a particular item like a pot of tea, they remembered every single day. I tried the Breeze Spa for both massage and facial, my therapist Minnie was skilled and made me very comfortable- I highly recommend you try. On the final day of our stay we were surprised by the delivery of the most delicious pastries- white chocolate and passion fruit, it made me wish we had booked their afternoon tea, we kept meaning to but sunbathing and swimming kept getting in the way.
