Highly recommended for families with young children. The hotel staffs are very accommodating and pool is excellent for kids. Walking distance to restaurants. Travelling with young children, we spent most of our time at the hotel.

Great place Near the beach, a lot of shops nearby, great breakfast and restaurant. Hotel will be perfect for a stay with kids. Two big pools and the food can be served exactly to your sunbed. Good prices for laundry. Can recommend this place! Live music.

Very friendly, extremely clean, great room space. Facilities around hotel great too. Only thing I would say is pool area is extremely slippy when wet and the yellow slide to be careful as it’s so quick my kids hurt their heads and ended up with huge bumps. When it comes to service and facility, we'll say the stay was quite disappointing; in fact, the facilities are quite tired, and also cleanliness is a concern, especially in the kids pool slide. The breakfast was very low quality, with confused and slow service. The staff is great; they are trying their best, but they seem understaffed and tired. We found this hotel to be relatively basic. The hospitality shown by staff was very hit and miss. The pool bar staff were not great or friendly. The house keeping was very poor. They often failed to replace items eg towels, and never replaced amenities such as shower caps. When I would put the card on the bed to indicate the need for a sheet change, this didn’t generally happen as I would jump into bed to find the sheets still sandy. Despite being a family of four, we were only supplied two bath towels and two beach towels. It was very strange. The breakfast is very average, nothing compared to other Asian hotels we have stayed at. The poolside cocktails are good as is the pizza. The kids club is okay, but I found the staff at times left the kids to themselves while they sat at the desk. It’s a shame all of the decent activities are charged too. We stayed in a pool access room which we paid in full a long time before our trip. We were disappointed on check in to find that they placed us as the very far end, barely pool access, away from the main happenings of the pool. The people in the other pool access rooms no doubt booked after us. Also the front door to the units does not block noise. It is very very noisy at night! This is likely as there is a gap under and to the side of the doors. The noise kept me up most nights. Overall it’s a nice enough hotel with a great location. However it lacks attention to detail or hospitality that is generally offered by hotel staff. Read less
