The hotel

The gorgeous gardens and pools at Krabi La Playa Resort provide a great getaway, offering up endless hours of relaxation. One of the resort’s swimming pool is pretty traditional, a series of interconnecting pools accompanied by sunbeds, poolside dining, and swim-up bar with the other ‘Emerald Pool’ is something a bit different. Both stretch right up to some of the hotel’s renovated rooms and suites, allowing guests to step right into the water from their terrace. The two acre gardens are just as inviting, with their own bar and seating spots. And, if that’s not quite enough space to relax, you could always head to the sands of Ao Nang and Noppharat Thara beaches, 150 meters away, with shopping, dining and nightlife nearby.

Lovely place, I liked the location as we could take a short walk to a market and lots of shops. There are some nice local restaurants. You are not on the beach here, you have to walk for about 10 minutes to get there, there is some uphill walking. The local beach is beautiful especially at sunset. I liked the vibe that came with this location, it was touristy and had bars and more people around. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was okay - the frying of fresh eggs was quite dire if I'm honest. The pool area was not too busy, also clean and I found it a relatively aesthetically pleasing environment to chill in. One of the nicest place for stay experienced by us during our travels. We were given a Superior Room was was just too big with an equlayy lavish bathgroom area with a sit out balcony for the morning teas. The breakfast was amazing and the resort is located in walking distance to the beach and shopping street

We really enjoyed staying this hotel, great room with a sunset view, lovely staff and the lady that booked our trips was most helpful. Central location for both local beaches and lots of food and drink options on the doorstep. Would love to visit again but unfortunately we aren’t getting reply’s to our direct emails

This was our 6th time in 13 years to this hotel and is always excellent value. With a good location to reach all the parts of Ao nang and lovely pool, great staff and good choice food. New for us this time was that it's also within walking distance of the Landmark Night Market, which has an amazing choice of food and shopping.

We loved our stay at Krabi La Playa Reort We were treated with utter respect by all of the staff from reception to cleaning to the service in the restaurant where the breakfast had a huge beautiful choice of foods We loved the pool and just felt very relaxed there
