59 rooms. All with a balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, satellite TV, complimentary WiFi access, Harman speaker, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, beach bag, flip flops, outdoor sunken bathtub and separate shower. 

Superior Rooms are located on the ground floor of the 2-storey villas and have pool views, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are upstairs and are more spacious with a balcony and pool views, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Seaview Rooms are very spacious and located close to the beachfront, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

The Seaview Suite is perfect for honeymooners with a long terrace, breathtaking ocean view and outdoor bathroom, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Please note: The 3rd person will receive a floor bed with the exception of TheSeaview Suite where the 3rd guest will have a sofa bed in the living room.

Premier Pool Villas offer total privacy within an enclosed garden, featuring an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ocean View Pool Villas are dotted along the beachfront with outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

All guests receive:

  • Cold towel and welcome drink upon arrival
  • Welcome sweets in-room upon arrival
  • First set of drinks from in-room mini-bar (soft drinks only).

The Arundina (laid back luxury beachfront dining, serving authentic Thai cuisine). Di Mare (Italian trattoria).

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and we truly enjoyed it. The Spa has a great and unique design and the personnel are highly qualified, we used it everyday during our stay! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They learned our names by the second day we were there. The location is great, on a quiet beach and a few hundreds feet from the entrance to a park with a great hike to the peak of the mountain with great views. The restaurants had great food and large variety of plates. It exceeded our expectations! Read less

I spent a night in the Deluxe Room at The Tubkaak as part of a two-night resort-hopping trip and I am looking to stay there the whole trip next time. The room, the garden and the beach at the resort were all beautiful. The view of the island cluster in front of the resort was just stunning. Service was above 5-star average. Welcome snacks were delicious and quite a nice touch. I would have visited the resort sooner if the first and only thing I saw on travel websites wasn’t the pictures of the Superior Room, which I didn’t and still don’t find attractive. I only recently became aware that the resort has many other room types and all of them look very inviting. One area that I think still has room for improvement is food. Dinner, which was on the expensive side, didn’t taste that good and breakfast was rather unecxiting. I also wish the resort , which is already generous enough to provide free mini bar, was more generous with the number of coffee pods. Four instead of two would be nice. Overall, my stay at The Tubkaak was pleasant and I look forward to staying there again. Read less

Everything was outstanding! We stayed for four nights in a pool suite. It was not ocean facing and very private. I thought i might regret not booking ocean view, but the sea is so calm you don't really hear the sound of the ocean and the rest of the resort is set up to take advantage of the views. We took advantage of all the amenities of the resort and loved every second. Some highlights - the long boat tour to Hong Island and the hike. Note about the hike, be prepared to burn some calories! It's steep and the guide moves fast. We were drenched in sweat by the end. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, you can go on your own. It's just a short walk to the national park and then the hike trail is obvious. We also borrowed bikes and paddleboards, did yoga, went for a walk on the beach and took the shuttle to Krabi town. There is a taxi stand right outside so you can go on your own too. What else? The food was outstanding! We ate all our meals at the resort save one, and I had the best massaman curry of my life. Breakfast was a highlight. Ample options catering to all tastes. Try the roti. It's a treat. The Tubkaak also has a relationship with another resort and offers a shuttle there. You can also take advantage of that resort's amenities, though we didn't do this. We found plenty to keep ourselves occupied and just enjoyed relaxing in this incredibly beautiful place. The spa is also wonderful. We had a couples massage that was really lovely. All the staff are so friendly, attentive and kind. The whole experience really exceeded expectations. Read less

My only wish would be for more frequent offerings of a Hotel service into other local towns - a service we would be glad to pay for - less expensive than taxi service and more helpful for guests wanting the option. This place is always top notch!!! Kind staff, awesome rooms and pool, beautiful beach! They also do incredible massages at their spa! They also set up a private boat tour with lunch for us. We went snorkeling at Hong Island- just beautiful!!
