They steal our money and then when we point out this to Amari Reservation team they reply by insulting our intelligence with a "special offer" that is the same price to anyone on Booking.com.
We booked and paid in advance and had our trip cancelled because of Thai government restrictions during Covid. At the time of our trip being cancelled, the hotel did not give us a deadline of when we need to use the booking. We asked again in 2023 and the reply is attached). We emailed them this year requesting to use the booking and they said we were too late. We explained that we don't go on holiday when it suits a hotel. They replied with a fake special offer of TB 6,819 per night. Looking on Booking.com, the price us exactly the same as the fake special offer. They must think we are stupid. Do not trust this hotel with your money and direct bookings or their word in emails. They have taken $1,000 of our money when they know we cannot be expected to travel when it suits a hotel. Top hotels do not act with such obvious lack of class exhibited here.

Spacious comfortable accommodation

Stayed 9 nights in 2 bedroom deluxe suite. Spacious and clean accommodation with great views. Access to the Club house and swimming pool was an extra bonus and made the stay so much more enjoyable being right up the top. Staff were all very attentive and friendly.

It was my honeymoon and phuket Amari was the 1st suggestion by my travel agent. In short, the whole trip was amazing and many memories were saved, both good and bad to keep forever.
It was a 4nights and 5 days holiday. For 3nights had taken the ocean facing balcony room. It was the best part with everything perfect. The last night was an upgrade to the ocean facing corner suite room, this was the bad part. They promised to provide some sweets, macrons, fruits and a grand welcome, apart from a welcome cake other things were missing. The room was not cleaned and the toilet was stinking, the bathtub had dirt marks, there was a used half empty water bottle in the mini bar fridge, the mattress had stains and hair strands, the floor rug had sea sand by the kilo and everything was dusty as if not cleaned after previous use. No one from reception came to address the issue. The staff at the reception was rather arrogant and were indifferent to our issue. My wife had to go to the reception to make a point, after which they said we will not charge you for the upgrade and smiled as if all was sorted. The next day during early morning check out due to flight schedule we had pre requested for a meal box which only contained 4 breads and 1 small juice bottle. It didn't seem fair and was totally unacceptable.
The restaurant has a real good vibe, the menu is not that jazzy, for indian vegetarians it is not that friendly (though the hotel runs mostly with indian guests the management doesn't really care for indian clientele that come to it). The restaurant didnt provide us with drinking water, the server lady asked to order alcohol or juice instead.
The breakfast, the basic balcony room, the ocean view and the bang on location are the true highlights of this property otherwise it offers less value for money. If you want to enjoy patong nightlife avoid this resort and opt for something more north of patong near bangla street.
No one from the hotel or management apologised for the sad issue we had on our honeymoon, we wrote them a good detailed mail but they avoided the issue totally. They are not friendly and are rude to Indians (you can see the difference when European guests are sitting next to your table).

I love Amari phuket l! the hotel is so so beautiful, good service, staff is friendly and kind. Breakfast is super and there are big two pool that have a nice view. Housekeeping service is clean. I have a relaxing stay and memorible. Thank you Deer,Care,Mam,Janya,Aom at front desk for taking care of me

The resort is amazing. it's devided into blocks, i stayed in block 7 delox sea view.
the place is quiet and yet close to the attraction where you can use a motorbike for transportation.
