We (a family of 4 with 2 teenagers) had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom pool villa for 1 week in July. It was great to have our own pool and we used it a lot to cool off. Check-in was very quick and we were in our villa straight away. It was spacious and clean and plenty of room for us to spread out. It was great to have 4 umbrellas ready for the rainy days. Plenty of towels and bottled water. We had booked with the full board option which was very generous with food options and quantity. In fact some days we had lunch or dinner as we didn't need both. The variety of restaurants meant there was something for everyone. They also offered themed dinner nights. The private beach had plenty of lounges for everyone. The different activities they offered were well utilised by all, ie kayaks, canoes, paddleboards and the pontoon provided lots of fun for all ages. I need to mention 'the steep hill' as I was rather nervous about this having read previous reviews. Yes it takes a bit of effort, but there were many people walking up and down during the time we were there, and we often walked it even though the regular shuttle is always available. A good way to walk off breakfast! There were lots of massage/beauty places along this road providing good value for money. Once down the hill, the 7-11 is close by and great for snacks at very cheap prices. And in the early evening, lots of food and clothing stalls were set up along the street providing alternative places to eat. Staff were all very friendly and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good time. We had some good conversations with them and they were all helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel organises shuttles to Patong and Old Phuket Town and of course there are many trips which can be organised from the hotel or you can book a taxi/boat yourself very easily. there were always taxis around the 7-11 area. There was a wedding when we were there. This did not interfere with us at all although Panwa House was unavailable to guests that night. Not an issue as other places to eat. It was great so see the spectacle of a stunning marquee with fairy lights and effort the staff put into making someone's day so special. We had an amazing time and thank all of the staff for their interest and kindness. Read less

A wonderful hotel with great service. Beautiful pools and beach. The rooms were luxurious and large. Restaurants really good and well priced with large portions. The light house bar was excellent with live music every night. The band was really good. Pool and darts available to play. We really enjoyed our holiday and can’t wait to come back.
