Can not fault his hotel. This is our third stay here and love it. We arrived very early in the morning and although our room was not ready, they gave us full access to the lounge area. Airconditioned, water and showers - basically a place to just hangout and wait for your room. We were totally exhausted from the overnight flight so was more than happy just to get comfortable on the chairs and dose on and off.
We did not have any issues with a mold smell in the room, ours was spotless and the house keeping done a wonderful job. Room was massive. The only issue we found was the shower drained very slowly so you were standing in ankle deep water for a while. We did inform reception upon checkout, and they said they would advise maintenance. We stayed in room 5006. Close to the pool. Yes - the hotel has a lot of stairs but there is a courtesy car that drives up and down to the rooms all day. We found all staff to be extremely polite and professional (big shout out the security guard near the kitchen car entrance who would always smile and salute every time we walked past!). Short walk into Patong and security to help you cross the busy street. We will continue to book any further holidays with this hotel.

After only 5 minutes of inspecting the room, I told the staff I wanted to cancel the booking and requested a refund. Unfortunately, they refused and charged me for one night, even though I never stayed.
The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made this the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Terrible service and no care for customer satisfaction.

The Hotel Itself is beautiful But they have to take care a little bit more of. The lobby is huge and Stunning but The have a nice lobby bar Closed. The hotel lobby doesn’t have any service for a drink or coffee or Tea. The room Nice but smell weird.
