312 rooms and suites, all with their own sea view and have complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary fruit upon arrival, complimentary unlimited drinking water, tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. The Super Deluxe Sea View Room is 40-45sq metres and features the previously mentioned amenities and sea view. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Diamond Suite room type is a larger 70sq metres in size and is a more romantic option, featuring a jacuzzi and bar area to enjoy the sea views. Rooms have either a King bed and daybed or two twin beds and a day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

The Grand Jacuzzi Suite is the same size as the Diamond Suite but is positioned closer to the coastline for even better views from the rooms private balcony. Rooms have either a King bed or two twin beds. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the start the service was fantastic especially on the check in desk , the lady that helped me (chihiro) was very helpful and knowledgeable, made the check in process very smooth and easy , and when ask some questions about the local area on what to do and where to go she was extremely helpful

Best thing about this resort is the staff, they are wonderful and did everything to make our stay fantastic. We went on a luxury escapes deal and the value was outstanding. Easy to get to Patong but far enough way to feel peaceful. Very large complex and the breakfast time can get busy.

We had a fantastic time at this resort, everything about the place is as good as it gets, the food, the staff and the facilities are first class. Our room was as big as a house, very comfortable well maintained and cleaned beautifully. The staff cannot be faulted and go out of their way to friendly and helpful. I have noticed a lot of comments about the steps, I think that if you stay in a place with "cliff" in the name, there's a fair chance that it might be steep. It didn't present a problem to us and we are in our seventies, a fleet of shuttles will take you to your room and the best trade off is the stunning view. The only negative that we experienced is compared to other resorts, a lot of the staff have a basic grasp of english which at times can be a little frustrating but more that make up for it with patience and smiles We would stay there again for sure Read less
