In a secluded bay, overlooking a beach regarded as the most beautiful on Phuket, this is certainly an idyllic holiday choice. Hotel information

518 rooms and suites are spread throughout the Bhuri Wing and Thani Wing. The Bhuri Wing is home to the 183 Deluxe Rooms and has its own lobby and pools. The Thani Wing is situated along the beachfront and all suites are in this wing and face towards the ocean. All rooms and suites have air-conditioning, LCD TV, IDD telephone, mini-fridge*, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe and hairdryer.

Deluxe Rooms are located in the Bhuri Wing and have a private balcony overlooking the pool with 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Grand Deluxe Rooms are also located in the Bhuri Wing and are ideal for families. Rooms feature a large balcony or terrace and a sliding door to separate the bedrooms.

174 spacious Junior Suites are located in the Thani Wing and have balconies or a terrace with an ocean view, overlooking the swimming pools and gardens.

The Oceanfront Junior Suites are in the Thani Wing close to the beach and have sublime sea views.

Grand Suites are in the Thani Wing and are well appointed in the Ocean Building with separate living room and bathroom with luxurious oversized bathtub.

All suites have 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

We had a fantastic stay at Katathani resort. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The resort was spotless and the beach was lovely. We had a pool access room which I would highly recommend. Great selection of restaurants as well. This was a 10/10 trip.

Another wonderful Stay at Katathani. Great room, staff, food and drink. Crystal clear waters at the 900 mtr beach (with surf} and beautifully maintained pools and gardens. A 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride to Kata Central if you need a shopping fix. We will be back again next year!

Very good location on Kata beach. Big swimming pool for both kids and adults. Really enjoy the stay even in raining season. However, breakfast buffet needs improvement to prevent flies and birds eating food. Room also gets wet all the time.

The best 8 nights of my life. The Katathani Resort has the most amazingly friendly staff, some of the best food you will ever taste and you just have to try their cocktails. We went with two families of four, we all had an amazing time. We will be rebooking to go back soon. I couldn’t not find a bad thing about my whole experience.

The breakfast / lunch staff at Seacret were fabulous! Very attentive & helpful! Great selection of foods for breakfast. It does get busy from 9am so suggest going earlier. Our package included meals, cocktails and massages daily which was a big win. We particularly loved treehouse for dinner, really great food , wine , drinks & atmosphere with a live band!! Kids club was fantastic and had a great choice of activities which our daughter really enjoyed. Pools were all great also, only downfall was the quiet pool there were some families being incredibly loud , one of the staff from coconut bar came over and reminded them it was a quiet pool. Special mention to the security guard near Lanta - I think his name was Sutchai. Every morning he had the biggest smile on his face & a greeting for us. The rooms were well stocked with bottled water . Great beach & great location. Everything you need within walking distance. Loved our stay, we will definitely be back!! Read less
