We stayed 3 nights at the Courtyard by Marriott Key Largo. We were in handicap room 113, which had 2 queen beds, TV/ A/C, electronic safe, iron and ironing board, small fridge, and a 1 cup coffee maker. The bathroom had a shower only, but had a seat in the shower. The balcony (facing the street) had a table and 2 chairs. The beds were very… Read more

The bathroom had a shower only, but had a seat in the shower. The balcony (facing the street) had a table and 2 chairs. The beds were very comfy and well appreciated. And I liked having a newspaper every day available in the lobby. And the underground parking was nice, but there was plenty of other parking, too. It was a bit unusual to drive up to the 2nd level to enter the lobby. The fire pit (outside the pool area) was not working the night I checked it out. And if you want a bigger pool, you can go next door to the Holiday Inn, as there are reciprocal privileges with both hotels. The only complaint I have is that all the lights are on one side of the room, making the other side kind of dark. We would stay here again. Read less

The location is nice, but we found the property "tired" and a little worn out. One of our beds had a sunken "hole" in it, but we didn't feel like complaining or wanted to go through the hassle of changing rooms. We were on vacation and just wanted to relax. The staff was friendly enough but we were disappointed in the overall condition of our… Read more

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and awesome pool area! We did not get to use the gym, but it also looked well equipped and clean. My only critique is that the bathroom in our room could use updating. We will stay here again.

I was in Key Largo for business and Courtyard by Marriott seemed like a convenient place to stay. I wasn’t really expecting much and when I travel for work I simply want safe, clean, and convenient food options. This really didn’t fit the bill. I wasn’t really expecting much and when I travel for work I simply want safe, clean, and convenient food options. This really didn’t fit the bill. I’d like to believe that the hotel was clean, although it certainly looks dated and tired. That said, I didn’t feel at risk. So it was probably safe and I don’t think I was in a dangerous area. No food options. Couple of other points. First, I tried to be polite and friendly to the staff, and they clearly didn’t seem to care. Second, neither of the computers in the lobby worked. Read less

One of the ladies fell at the front steps and broke her ankle. We ran to front desk to have her call 911 only to be told, she could not until she called manager. A bystander proceeded to call on our behalf. Becky was transported to hospital. Returned a few hours later. Not one soul called to check on her during the night or in the morning. General Manager acted non nonchalant and if it wasn't a big deal. I booked an extra night for two since friends were traveling from SC to pick the girls and bikes up. Again, no one called or offered any type of assistance. I work for Marriott and I was so disappointed at the lack of professionalism this property showed. Never would our General Manager or staff treat our guest like this. Definitely training is needed from the bottom to the very top. Read less
