We had a great 2 night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to use the guest laundry and even though it was in the parking garage probably the best facilities we have ever used in a motel. Nice location in Key Largo would stay here again.

We checked in at the hotel after a red eye flight from the West Coast to Miami. We were exhausted, but the staff could not have been more friendly! They were the kindest hotel staff throughout our trip through the Keys. So polite and gave great recommendations. Thank you for making our first day in the Keys a lovely one!

Run down and in desperate need of a major reno. Stayed 3 nights and the room wasn't serviced once even though we had said yes to it when we checked in on the app. Air con in the room was so noisy it was like living with a truck in the room. The one saving grace is that the staff are so kind and considerate.

I really liked it here. The bracelet room key was awesome and the pool area was relaxing. The hot tub was not very hot, but the pool was fine. The only problem I had was on my check out day, housekeeping knocked on my door 3 different times and I kept repeating that I would be checking out at 11:00. The only problem I had was on my check out day, housekeeping knocked on my door 3 different times and I kept repeating that I would be checking out at 11:00. That made it hard to relax before leaving, especially since I was not running late at all. Very annoying for me since I was stressed out and trying to have some quiet time before having to leave. Parking was great since I got a spot in their small parking garage. The clearance is high which is nice since my vehicle has a higher clearance than most. Overall I do recommend this place, but not being badgered repeatedly prior to leaving would have been ideal. I actually left early because of the issue. Read less

Pleasantly surprised. Nice updates completed, extremely helpful staff, perfectly located if you’re going to dive with Rainbow Reef dive center or you want to walk to some canal front restaurants. Ask for a room overlooking the canal for a quieter experience.
