The hotel

No TV’s. No phones. Just the two of you. Sound like complete bliss? That’s what you’ll find at the Little Palm Island Resort and Spa. Arrive by seaplane or private boat to this island just off the Keys, and you’ll be greeted with a refreshing cocktail at the Shore Station, before heading to your luxury bungalow to enjoy a quiet, romantic break. The lush private island is dotted with tropical scenery and exotic wildlife, with your thatched roof bungalows nestled in between. Enjoy the copper bath on your private balcony, order some room service, or head to the pool bar to make friends – whatever takes your fancy! Of course, there is WiFi, and a TV in the main room for any essential events, but ringing phones are taboo here, so you can enjoy your trip in peace.

Tucked offshore of Little Torch Key at mile marker 28.5, accessible by a 15 minute motor launch transfer. Approximately 3-hour drive from Miami.

Hotel information

30 thatched roof bungalow suites, inspired by British West Indies design. All with ocean views, air conditioning, indoor and outdoor shower, separate bath tub, private furnished deck, coffee/tea making facilities, and mini bar* (complimentary soft drinks). All rooms sleep maximum 2 adults.

Island Escape Suites are approximately 550sq ft, within living area and king-size bed.

Island Romance Suite are approximately 550sq ft with an outdoor copper tub, exclusive sand beach with fire pit, and a separate living room.

Island Grand Suites are approximately 1,000sq ft, with an outdoor sopper tub, exclusive sand beach with fire pit, separate living room, two bathrooms and a four poster bed. 

Island Premier Suites are approximately 1,020sq ft, with an outdoor sopper tub, exclusive sand beach with fire pit, separate living room, two bathrooms and a four poster bed.

The Dining Room (Award-winning steak and seafood; lunch and dinner. Dress code: collared shirts for men. shoes must be worn. Swimsuits are not permitted). The Monkey Hut (outdoor area with live music in the evenings). Palapa Bar (by the pool).Lagoon-style pool, SpaTerre with a range of treatments*, healing and meditative classes from yoga to reiki, lifesize chess, marina with daily trips to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, Great White Heron Wildlife Refuge and Key West Old Town. From the no phone call policy in public areas, to the fully private villas.... this place is so peaceful. I felt like 3 nights was the perfect amount of time- we left wanting to stay! We enjoyed a half day back country adventure where we enjoyed sand bars, wildlife, fishing, etc. The food was incredible. Every night, the menu changed and we enjoyed that! We spent three great days enjoying like being in paradise,, the best views 360 degrees around some of the best sunset pictures I have got, service like nowhere. No need to sign your bills once you give your name as you arrive most of the staff knows you. The only part missing for me was swimming in the ocean, waters are shallow everywhere.

This is the place to go for a serious get away for a special occasion or just to regroup. High quality accommodations, friendly and very competent staff and beautiful setting. Liz at the pool bar and Tim and Tori at the restaurant bar made our stay.

What a very special place with incredible staff and service that is top notch and comfortable. I got to come for the weekend and was blown away by how beautiful and relaxing it was. The spa is top notch and staff were lovely with a kitchen staff that will blow your expectations out to sea!
