Hilton Cocoa Beach

Cocoa, Gold Coast Beaches

The hotel

Enjoy unparalleled comfort in a blissful setting at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront, overlooking the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Each and every guest room is beautifully decorated with all the mod-cons and feature the renowned Hilton Serenity bedding to ensure a restful stay. A highlight is the oceanfront pool deck — it’s the largest on the Space Coast! Grab a drink from the bar, that book you’ve been meaning to read for ages and rest awhile there, soaking up the sun. Water sports including surfing, boogie boarding and snorkelling. Kid-sized boogie boards are also available as well as surfing lessons for all ages and skill ratings. Alternatively, grab some team mates and get stuck into a game of volleyball. Salt Restaurant overlooks the ocean and is a favourite hotspot for seafood, steaks and traditional fare. Before you settle there for the evening, however, enjoy a drink special in the Tiki bar, listening to some live music perhaps. In the Salt Lounge you can catch up on all the latest news from NASA and, if your holiday coincides with a rocket launch, just head outside — it’ll be easily visible from the beach!

When we checked in to this "resort", we were told by the front desk staff that our room air conditioning may not be operational due to A/C “balancing” problems throughout the hotel over the past few months but which have become worse (their words-not mine) this week. They offered us a BOX FAN as an alternative. THIS IS FLORIDA! The temps are in the 90's; high humidity, and blistering sun - how do they think a box fan will compensate for a room w/o A/C? The Front Desk Manager spent 3 hours trying to find us a room with an operational A/C unit but failed. He thanked us for not becoming angry about this situation as many of the guests had and he did comp us for a mediocre dinner at the hotel restaurant. He stated that at least 20% of the rooms were already out of service (60 rooms out of 300 rooms) and the Front Desk staff had been instructed to offer box fans to all guests. Other guests we talked to agreed that their rooms were very uncomfortable. After waking up at 4:00 AM dripping wet, we checked out. My overall frustration is that Hilton has made no mention of this problem on their web site. Moreover, when I notified Hilton Corporate Customer Service of the problem, they merely stated they would “notify the hotel”. Read less

Great Hotel on the ocean, we used this as a base for visiting NASA. Loved the Tiki bar overlooking the beach and also the outside Pool bar. Staff were great even when we had to move from the outside bar to the inside restaurant due to a storm passing through.

Park and sail hotel with awful system of announcing when buses arrive. Two different boats sailing and over 150 LOUD guests waiting and you get one man announcing when a bus arrives from the front of hotel. They need some kind of loud speaker system. We missed our bus and he was frustrated with us! We chose to PAY for a Uber. Room was nice, bed… Read more
Park and sail hotel with awful system of announcing when buses arrive. Two different boats sailing and over 150 LOUD guests waiting and you get one man announcing when a bus arrives from the front of hotel. They need some kind of loud speaker system. We missed our bus and he was frustrated with us! We chose to PAY for a Uber. Room was nice, bed comfortable and outdoor bar was good. Won’t be back due to the rude man and bad service of handling the bus arrivals. Bad start to our vacation. At least the Uber driver was nice. Read less

Very good value for money location. The beach was long, clean and beautiful. Hotel breakfast and food bar are amazing. With close proximity to Orlando Airport and Kennedy space centre. Highly recommended!!
