200 rooms and suites all with 50" HDTV,  WiFi, iHome® sound system, mini-fridge, coffee maker, safe, bathrobe and The Sound of Your Stay™ in-room music amenities (ranging from complimentary use of vinyl records and a Crosley turntable or a Fender guitar). Oceanfront rooms have a private balcony and city view rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows. Deluxe Rooms have 1 king-size bed, or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

I found the Hard Rock spiked my interest and had to book. Glad I did.... my phone conversations were a little rocky, but a manager by the name of Nicole gave me hope and I appreciated her patience. Once on property, I had an Ocean Front suite room and a connecting city view room. They were everything we needed. Nicole had asked if there was anything we were celebrating and I let her know my daughter was celebrating her birthday and to my surprise there were cupcakes waiting in her room with a fruit plate in mine. Needless to say that things like that are what makes people return to the same location just because......... I would also like to share my interactions with a vibrant young lady who randomly spoke as we were passing by Sessions headed to the pool by the name of Sarah I believe. She exudes warmth. My room AC does not work. The AC in the hallwzy blows hot air. The management's suggestion was to close my dark curtains. I did not pay to be beachside to sit in my room in the dark. Staff is unresponsive. Sucks. Do not book here

Still here as we speak! So far the hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and the location is wonderful! Ate dinner last night at sessions and our waiter “Jack” is worth asking for! He was attentive and fun to talk with! At the bar Mindy seems to really know what she is doing and does it with a smile! The underdog of the trip so far is “Tommy” the… Read more
Still here as we speak! So far the hotel is clean, the staff is very nice and the location is wonderful! Ate dinner last night at sessions and our waiter “Jack” is worth asking for! He was attentive and fun to talk with! At the bar Mindy seems to really know what she is doing and does it with a smile! The underdog of the trip so far is “Tommy” the bar back. If your at sessions just watch him for a few minutes and you will realize this kid has the kind of work ethic that we use to have, he is trying to be better and you can tell it in his attitude! Hopefully the management at the Hard Rock doesn’t miss out on helping him grow! I’ll update if anything comes up but we would most certainly stay again! This was a last minute switch for us as we were headed to New Orleans and hurricane Barry made it there first! We have enjoyed the change but we will be making that trip to New Orleans soon! Had a Telecaster sent up to the room, to the annoyance of my daughter, and this was a Fender not the cheaper Fender Squire version. Food was great in Sessions but I suppose the only reason I gave this a four not a five was the pricing on the food and drink added to the $35 per day resort fee.
