Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort

Daytona Beach, Gold Coast Beaches

The hotel

The only thing between this hotel and Daytona Beach is its fabulous shore-side pool deck. Looking out over the ocean, it stretches down to a handful of steps that lead you directly onto Florida’s most famous sands. It’s a view that’s also captured while you’re dining on seafood specialities at Doc Bale’s Grill, tucking into street food inspired dishes at The Blind Turtle, and enjoying at tipple or two at McCoys Rum Room and Waves Beach Bar. But it’s not all sun, sea, and sand at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort — you'll also love the gym, spa, and prime location among the shops and entertainment of Ocean Walk Village.

I've not stayed at the Hilton prior, but thought to check it out during this at Bike Week. My initial overview of the location found it to be above standard, EXCEPT that issues developed in regards to our room, with no evidence of satisfaction to take place during my initial call to the Front Desk including with assist from our initial Bellman. HOWEVER, when returning to the Front Desk, and simply expressing our concerns in person with no real expectation to come from the matter, Front Desk Supervisor TIFFANY WILLIAMS heard my plea, and immediately elected to action to resolve the issue, even placing us into higher grade room for a minimal differance in price. I want to thank TIFFANY WILLIAMS again for her heartfelt assistance, along with the two Bellman who went Over & Above to assist us during this matter, YANNO B. and HISA T. They should all be commended, by Management. Because of the outcome of this experience, We will definately be return customers!!! Read less

I stayed at the Hilton for 18 days working at Bike Week. Was very grateful for the friendly assistance of the great parking crew in the remote lot. Scott, Keith and Kevin were always helpful in a very busy time. It made my stay much more enjoyable. Thanks for their hard work and long hours. Ed

Great experience during Bike Week this year. The facility is great and it was wonderful to spend a week in the sun given the virus. Especially helpful parking staff. Super Scott assisted with the truck/trailer parking like a rock star.

We visited the Daytona Hilton on March 4th for three nights. We arrived at 1:30 and we're told they would be getting our room ready shortly. Our Bellman Martin loaded our luggage on a cart and told us he would keep it safe until the room was ready. He consistently kept us informed about the room and did everything he could to keep checking with the housekeeping department. Housekeeping, however, was not as efficient. Our room was not ready until 4:00 and then was not a very impressive room. The room was old; the curtains didn't work; the balcony which I had requested turned out to be a roof top with a 3foot cement wall around it. Two lounge chairs were scattered around. The valet service was also very good. All the men were fast and friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat, Read less
