This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and it again did not disappoint! We used Hilton honors points and we were given a incredible upgrade to a residential suite. The room was nothing short of spectacular with 1 1/2 bathrooms a full kitchen, living area, and balconies everywhere with spectacular views of the ocean and inter coastal waterways! Room was 2302! Our room was immaculately cleaned evey day by a very personable and kind woman named Thokozahnzi Check in was easy with Richards excitement of what our room was going to be like! Being a diamond member you get $20.00 vouchers for breakfast and a wine and cheese reception which is extremely generous! Isriella at the wine reception was so fun and engaging! The pool is great, but gets crowded. Great towel service by Wesley. Nazareth was a incredible server who was so attentive to our every need and remembered us from last year. The food and drinks are excellent and Alexander was a great bartender. Cornacopia has great breakfast and small snacks! We only had drinks at Terra Mare and the service was excellent from Raymond and it has a nice ambiance. There is a level of excellence shown by all the staff we have encountered in our 3 visits. After talking with one of the managers Diletta you can understand why she is always present and does a great job coaching her staff. Our last night we stayed at the Westin down the road. There was no comparison to the Conrad! The Conrad is a 5 star resort with a excellent staff. Sadly our Hilton points have run out but we hope to return again to this wonderful hotel and I believe it is the nicest in the Fort Lauderdale area!! Read less

This was our second visit to this hotel within a year. We love the facility to be able to use the kitchen area to make our own breakfast and lunch, especially after spending a week at an all inclusive, and also a lounge area where we can relax. On this visit we were upgraded from a one bedroom partial ocean view suite to a poolside one which for us had a fantastic position..with our own poolside loungers , steps away from the gym, lift and ice making machine! The room is clean and well appointed. The only criticism is that the kitchen is not well equipped and we had to request everything from an extra large plate to sharp knives, cloths, and pans but then most people probably don’t use the kitchen as much as we did during our weeks stay. There was also no instructions for using the microwave or hob so I had to ring down and ask. The loungers by the pool area are comfortable and there are staff around to put the covers on the chairs and towels. It is also not far from restaurants, shops and opposite the beach. The fitness room is quite well equipped with towels and water available. The only downside is the building work opposite the pool area... with a view of the cranes. They dont seem to have made much progress since last year but maybe they would have finished next time we come back! Read less

This property is not a value property. However, you are afforded a high level of attention, quality of service, amenities and location that are very much in line with some of the best I have experienced domestically or abroad. I would Highly recommend.
