At check in for my 6 day stay, I was not told that my room would not be cleaned for 6 days. I was not offered additional points or room rate discount either. Paid about $1100 for no service, no food options (no room service or take out). There were printed Welcome letters on the counter. Agent didn’t point them out to me or explain the discontinued service. I took a letter out of curiosity. Next day, I saw housekeeper and told her she could do my room. She told me there was no service. Later when reading the Welcome letter, buried more than half way down was the disclaimer on no service. Yes I understand- but be Upfront about it! I paid full price and got no services. These rooms should be discounted to reflect this or at the very least give bonus points to make up for it. Trash piled up in my room - had to go get coffee packs - I could’ve stayed at any cheap motel and had the same service - extremely disappointed and not happy. And I’m a Lifetime titanium member - a lot of good that status does . Didn’t even get an oceanfront upgrade and the hotel was practically empty. Read less

Let me preface by saying I am a Marriott loyalist. Titanium Elite for the last 2 years and Lifetime Platinum. I stay in several Marriott hotels each week. Let me tell you. Let me preface by saying I am a Marriott loyalist. Titanium Elite for the last 2 years and Lifetime Platinum. I stay in several Marriott hotels each week. Let me tell you. This is the worst Marriott I have come across in years. I put my daughter in this hotel and the floor was flooded due to Spring Break kids. Normal, I guess. However, my daughters room had no AC and they had it on 62 and on high fan, not automatic. Called the hotel because I was so disappointed that I had sent my daughter here. Went to Chat on Bonvoy app and they said they were busy. Started a conversation at 827 am and they responded they were busy. “Chat was hopping”. They would get to me after reviewing other guests concerns. They responded to me after 5pm. That is not a wait, that is neglect. Their response to me was: Told you we were busy. Yeah, OK. PS-Calked the manager at 9am to voice my concerns and to check on the situation. Said she would call me back and never heard from her. Look folks, there are so many places to stay in Fort Lauderdale from Marriott. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Poor management, poor facilities, and customer service does not exist. Marriott is great but this hotel does not remotely live up to their standards. Read less

This Courtyard exceeded my Marriott expectations. From check in till checkout the people were welcoming and professional. The people made the stay excellent. I had a couple of small problems that were quickly resolved professionally. The room was nice, restaurant good and facilities clean. If in the area I would stay here again.

We visited Fort Lauderdale prior to a cruise so only had 2 nights to explore Fort Lauderdale. I love the location of this property. So convenient for restaurants and bars and some small shops. Rooms are spacious and we had a nice view of the Marina. Enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room as well as water (for purchase). We did not eat on property but they did have a nice breakfast area. The bar at the pool was nice. Super friendly bartender. It was windy and chilly when we were there so no beach or pool this trip. We arrived after 11:30 pm so the only thing open was the Pizza place across from the park (next to the Elbow Room) actually we had a slice from there 2 different times. Very Tasty. Coconuts is right across from the hotel and is delicious. The Scooby snacks are so good. It gets crowded so get there early. Beautiful view on the inter coastal waterway. We love For Lauderdale. Can’t wait to come back. Life is short, travel 🧳 and see the world 🌎 Read less
