Jackson, the gentleman helping get set up on the beach, was amazing. Made sure we were completely taken care of. We are from the Midwest so not the most experienced beach goers. He was exceptional! I would recommend this place for families looking for a great spot to spend some quality time. Thanks again Jackson.

Oscar and Carlos with valet were very warm and welcoming. Great ambassadors to the property. They greeted me from the moment I pulled up to the hotel. Staff at the hotel was also warm and welcoming. The only downfall, but it was understandable was the renovation

Construction wasn’t the problem, the problem was didn’t find out until arrival. No discount was given beside two beach chairs and a pool two miles away with no shuttle. The person checking was given extra Bonvay points due to the issue. I didn’t ask because it seems like I had to complain to receive them. No coffee available outside the room… Read more

No coffee available outside the room except Starbucks that open at 6:30am. I was there for work and had to be there by 6:00am. I’ve stayed at comfort Inn or cheaper hotel were coffee was always available and anytime of the day. It seems for $175 a night at least coffee could be available. The feeling of being nickel and dime was not appreciated. Positive side… Staff were very nice, rooms were clean, and multiple towels were available. For charging $275 per night there are zero amenities. There is no free continental breakfast. The prices are outrageous for food. The pool was closed and under construction. We tried to do laundry and brought plenty of dollar bills but there is no change machine. The front desk said they don’t have any quarters until the accountant comes in.… Read more

Pool closed- notified after check-in… by a note found on the bed. Patio closed- same notification. Renovation noise 9a-7p so don’t plan on relaxing in your room. Noises at 11p so don’t plan on sleeping at night either. Hair on shower walls so don’t expect cleanliness.
