2nd stay at this location in 4 months. Both times for business, but coincided with beach concert series (1st one) & airshow (2nd visit). They were sold out both times, and the lobby/common areas were busy. In spite of that, front desk staff outstanding, very helpful. Room is typical Courtyard, was quite & clean. Checkout easy & correct.

Always stay here with my family, great hospitality every time we come. Santiago and Rodrigo at the Valet opened the door and helped out with the luggage. Felt very welcomed by them and can’t wait to be back!

The only thing more disappointing then the cleanliness, is the attitude of the young man who works the front desk. I will say that the location is perfect, but it doesn’t make up for the hundreds of ants that were in my first room (#417). A friend of mine had bugs in his room as well (817-A, I think). Side note - the fake Starbucks they have in the hotel is ridiculously priced. Example, a coffee and a muffin $16.00. There’s better value out there. My suggestion, find it. Read less
