The hotel

Introducing one of Fort Lauderdale's newest properties, bringing a central beachfront location combined with upscale design, and a host of luxurious facilities to enjoy - whether it's part of your road trip, a romantic trip away, or a family beach holiday. Step out of the modern lobby and you're just steps from the sandy shores of central Fort Lauderdale beach, where the hotel have a beach concierge on hand to tend to your needs. You can even pick up a carefully curated picnic basket beforehand at Honey Fitz to take with you! Speaking of food and drink, you can enjoy delicious meals back at Evelyn's Restaurant, accompanied by elevated ocean views. But if you're looking for something more casual then the poolside dining is for you. Take a dip in one of the two pools on the ocean sun deck, then enjoy some fresh seafood and an innovative cocktail from the comfort of your sun bed. Make sure to check out the hotel's complimentary activities, from barista classes to tequila tasting - there's plenty of fun to be had. And the same can be said for the little ones too. The kid's club is also based on the sun deck, and with scavenger hunts and arts and crafts just the tip of the list, they'll be entertained for hours. Hours in which you can spend in the spa, the salon, or simply just sunbathing with a good book. Whilst you're on the doorstep of central beach, why not use the complimentary bicycles to take a ride down to Las Olas Beach, and the boulevard, famous for it's cuban influences, which are reflected in the many shops, bars, and restaurants that line the area.

Room was not ready until two hours after check in time. We had to stay in the lobby with two kids for two and a half hours waiting on it to cleaned. Cleaning service was either skipped or not performed until 6 pm frequently. Hotel seems very understaffed. Families fighting trying to their kids into kids club. Would not recommend staying here.

Shane working the front doors, is the best. Made our kids so happy and was always asking how he could help. He made the travel issues like where to put the bags, so we can go play while the room is getting ready. Made sure to give the girls special Easter gifts! Tiffani said we can go back, but only if Shane is still there! He made the stay a… Read more

Wonderful family trip. Service was amazing. Pool and beach was top notch. Food was excellent and in room service was prompt and good. Cleaning staff did a great job every day and twice a day. We had the prime ocean view room which was extra special to have that view from our room and deck. Highly recommend.

Luggage never arrived so im in the room(which im grateful for after arriving to the hotel at 1pm and being told the room will be ready “soon” numerous times). No luggage, no clothes, cant shower and going to miss our dinner reservation. While a couple employees seemed to care and help, thus far it has been promises with no action. I would care so much as I understand March is a busy time but I chose the four seasons and paid for a suite because I trusted the brand and its consistency. I did try the pool which was ok and quite small and the tried to kill time by taking my kids to the kids club, which looked nice to was full and had a waitlist, so no luck there either. Really disappointing. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating A “hotel” not the typical 5-star resort the brand is known for

This is “fine” as an airport hotel on your way to an actual destination. Do not waste your money thinking you are getting a resort the brand is known for. I have stayed at numerous Four Seasons from Boston (both locations), Orlando, Palm Beach, Chicago, and Anguilla, and this by far the worst. I would never stay here again. The pool service… Read more

I have stayed at numerous Four Seasons from Boston (both locations), Orlando, Palm Beach, Chicago, and Anguilla, and this by far the worst. I would never stay here again. The pool service was rude and inattentive. I did not get the room I paid for because they were “booked.” The chat feature was delayed with poor fining recommendations. I’m glad I’ve stayed at other locations or I would have written off the brand. Read less
