Very comfortable accommodations. Memory foam mattresses would be a nice upgrade. View from room and sister level were elegant. Pool on fifth floor was awesome. The food was “Hotel expensive” but well prepared and tasty. I would definitely come back.

Just steps from the beach. Chakira was very helpful, along with everyone else we met. From the nice young men who carried in our bags from the Uber to the cheery waitresses in the Riviera restaurant. All were attentive and helpful. The breakfast spaghetti is a must try! We will be back.

Customer service was top notch. Cindee was very helpful in checking us in and the view from my room overlooking the beach was awesome. I returned a few weeks later with my family and would be returning again. The rooms were spacious and clean asvwell.

We booked a room for the Panthers parade celebration, and upon arrival there were some mishaps. We decided to cancel our room and the manager Cindy was extremely helpful with clearing the reservation and setting us on our way. This hotel has a wonderful pool lounge area right across the street from the beach. It was unfortunate. We didn’t get to stay, but based on the customer service we received there would be no other place. We would stay on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Customer service always makes or breaks an experience, and if you stayed here, you would not be disappointed by their customer service. Read less
