Oceanfront rooms feature panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Ocean View Balcony rooms feature side views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway from the private balcony, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Premium Balcony Oceanfront Rooms feature panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Maren Suites feature a fully furnished sun deck with panoramic ocean views, a separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Riviera by Fabio Viviani (signature Italian restaurant with ocean views, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as weekend brunch). Acqua Pool Bar.

The bartender Jill is amazing! She has the ability to create new drinks based on each individual’s specific requests. Great personality and customer service. The calamari is hands down the best in town. There is a bit of construction in front of the hotel leading to the beach

Great hotel, perfect location, rooms very spacious and clean. We had sea view room with small balcony which was amazing and they assigned our grown up kids the room next door which was perfect. Great hotel, amazing service by all staff but specially Sean. He has made us feel like family and so has everyone else. The rooms are spacious, the beach is across the street and there are shops around the hotel like Starbucks. We will definitely be back this summer.

Great stay! Lovely property Yoga Instructor 🧘‍♀️ very good. And associate James is an awesome guide check him out while visiting. Would stay again hands down! Only thing I would suggest make the beach umbrella complimentary for 2 hours at least...
