This is an excellent hotel in downtown Las olas. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The pool was warm and very clean. We had breakfast and our server Shardine looked after us very well. There is a good choice for breakfast.

We were greeted at the door immediately from the bellman to help us with our luggage. The staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful (another couple wanted a room close by us which they accommodated) and professional. Any questions we had throughout our visit they had answers for. The lobby was very clean and attractive. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of space and great shower pressure. The room also had plenty of storage which is nice. The bed looked very comfy and it was. We also loved using our balcony for coffee in the mornings and a cocktail before we would leave for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel had a great selection, and the service and food were both very good. We ate the twice. The bar staff is very friendly and quick to service. The cocktails we had were wonderful! Love those espresso martini's! The location is great, walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, the river walk and shops. Also close to the Broward if you want to take in a show. We have stayed here before and it is now our go-to hotel whenever in Ft. Lauderdale. Read less

The Hyatt Centric Las Olas exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and modern. The food at the pool bar was very good. Location is perfect with shopping, restaurants and entertainment on the same street.

Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale. Beautiful property, new and well designed and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff, including breakfast service and housekeeping. The F&B manager Tai went above and beyond to serve us drinks at Elev8 pool bar, helping tend to a line of customers that formed suddenly (the drinks were also delicious). Great amenities with destination fee, including beach chairs and umbrellas, and a local drop off in a Tesla, which my kids enjoyed. Highly recommend this hotel in Fort Lauderdale, given that its steps from River walk/water trolley, Las Olas shopping and dinning, and a short ride from the beach. Read less
