The staff was very friendly; the hotel was very clean, staff accommodated us when asked. the valet guys were awesome.

Hotel was nice and clean; friendly staff. One issue was that one of our beds had a dip due to mattress usage. The did rectify this issue, but the mattress didn’t feel right. Other than that; we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will return.

From the Valet Team (JP, Ceasar, Ford) to Shenoya, who was truly our angel in disguise from the moment we checked in with Edlet, to the 12th-floor breathtaking view that will be etched in our minds forever, to the complimentary champagne, the free tickets for beach chairs, the drink vouchers, and the kind handwritten note in our room—this was the best experience we have EVER had in 20 years at any other luxury hotel, period!
Cory (the music man) and Patrick from Boston at the Steelpan were the kindest and most professional, with incredible bedside manner. Orlee was on point, keeping everything spotless, and we felt the TEAM culture from the entire staff. But Shenoya was the KEY!! She made sure we had a perfect 5-year wedding anniversary weekend!!
