We’ve stayed here a few times. Very nice. Very comfortable bedding. A nice selection of items for complimentary breakfast. Convenient parking. The bar staff is great. Our only complaint is there is an out of service elevator with no signage it’s out of order. One elevator works. Lots of people taking the stairs.

Springhill Suites is a beautiful hotel, right on the beach - spacious rooms and friendly staff. We came to town for a wedding and because of the location (and the amenities) the bridal party chose this location. It was wonderful. We will definitely be back :-)

We were at the pool before lunch, NOW THAT’S A VACATION. Colleen at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. She made us laugh, she was very kind and respectful. We couldn’t have had better service. SHE IS A JEWEL. Additionally, the kindness of all the staff, from the bartender to the housekeepers. It was wonderfully clean, cheerful and pleasant. Toilet is too low and the bathroom sink was clogged. Best location in NSB. Last min booking so didn’t get a balcony. Would not stay again unless i had a balcony. Room was ok. Bed was ok. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. Beach was awesome. Rough and crowded but still healing!
