Shout out and Kudos to Ryan @ the pool for always making sure we had a cocktail if we wanted one - and Anthony for being awesome! @Breakers - your staff is amazing! Great management all the way around. Lake Meadows, manager, goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect from beginning to end. Dan, Calvin and Brook are our lifeguard buddies. Great 9:00 a.m. aerobics with Alana, Brook, and Molly. Charles and Alex make our time at the Seafood Bar fun and personalised. The rooms are beautiful!! Oh my arrogance comes before the fall. I’m coming to the breakers for years and being treated by valet poorly. It’s not a good start.
The last several visits, I already noticed the declining customer service, up front parking even with a Rolls Royce gets rude responds from valet , complain to the staff at the door continued, wow
