Staying here now with 2 kids. Room is spacious but mattresses need updating. Very uncomfortable. There’s only 1 pool and there’s nothing special about it and the pool was cloudy yesterday. Food at pool bar was ok last night. Beach is nice and you can rent chairs for the day. Walked to the pier and to the inflatables on the beach. Several sketchy people in those areas. The hotel is overpriced for what you actually get and the atmosphere here isn’t family friendly. We won’t be back. Read less

The hotel staff was very attentive. We met Rocco by the pool and had a nice conversation. During the weekend the pool and beach was crowded, but we expected that. During the week, it was fine. The location was great with several restaurants within an easy walk. It was a very nice experience and we will return. Read less

The hotel was pretty clean as well as the room. The space around the pool, bathrooms and Tropico were not as clean. The price is high and you only get a clean room. You do not get any discounts at the hotel restaurants. Pool was very crowded and the music was way too loud. The bar at the pool also closed early on Sunday.

Excellent hotel and great location! The hotel staff goes above and beyond to take care of you. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at and every room has a full kitchen. It is in the middle of everything

Will be going back because the location and amenities make this place a permanent fixture in my mind for vacation greatness. The service is exceptional, can be pricey but it’s worth the money spent for satisfaction.
