1 King 1 Bedroom Suites are spacious suites with a King bedroom that is separate to the living room. Ideal for entertaining, with a large dry and wet bar, vanity area, dining table, sofa and easy chairs. Great Accomodation with excellent food. The choc chip cookies are the best! Staff are very friendly and Restuarant service is great. Excellent breakfasts. Oscar, Daysi, Lily and Kety were excellent!! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful - will definately return!!

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Check in line was long. Only one person was consistently working and they had to retrieve luggage as well. Not much around so we had to eat dinner at the restaurant. Food was OK but overpriced. Especially drinks. Plus the 18% service charge. The breakfast buffet was $35 so we passed on it. My experience was zero stars and I recommend you stay ANYWHERE else if you can. Read less

I travel the world frequently. & we stayed at this hotel for a convention. We were greeted with complete professionalism upon arrival and for 3 nights we had a fabulous time meeting people from all over. Our servers Edwin & Johanna along with others whose names I didn’t catch were wonderful, attentive and super accommodating even when it was busy. By the second night they recognized us and knew our drink orders. It felt like being at Cheers, the tv show (okay I’m showing my age, and im not that old lol) We couldn’t have asked for better service, even compared to places we visited outside the hotel. Keep up the great work and continue doing what you do best. We can’t please everyone but thank you for pleasing me and my group 😉! Read less

We spent a lot of time at the hotel bar and restaurants and the staff were all friendly. Special shoutout to Johanna the bartender who always had a smile on her face as she taught me basic Spanish and served up sweet cocktails and bar food. She was amazing! The gym wasn’t great as the peloton was broken for the second year in a row so there were no cycles at all. And the treadmills were hit or miss in terms of working correctly. Read less
