The hotel was very clean and modern. The cookies were warm. The staff was amazing! Everyone was helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. The food served was very good. Avocado toast was delicious. We had Thanksgiving dinner on site. It was tasty. I did think the alcoholic beverages were overpriced by $2-3.

This hotel missed on many levels Airport shuttle - the clerk at the front desk told us at which area to wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport. After waiting nearly an hour, the shuttle finally arrived - completely full. The shuttle driver told us we were waiting too far down and he would be full again by the time he got to those stops. Why is that where the clerk told us to wait? We had to wait another 20 minutes for the driver to unload passengers at the hotel and return to pick us up. Wi-fi - The process to log on to the wifi was more involved than any other Hilton I’d ever stayed at. During the process of entering way more personal information than they should need, the system crashed. Thrice. We never were able to get onto the wifi. The room - the living space of our room was ok. The bathroom was dated and dirty. We noted several ants crawling on the countertop and on the floor. The sink faucet broke and we had to hold the base while turning the handle in order to turn the water off. Was never offered a cookie. Fin. Read less

We arrived on Sunday 11/19/23 about 1:30 pm to see if we could check in early. We made reservations a month ago. No your room is not ready, but there is a restaurant here. I looked around and several groups of people with suitcases were waiting in the lobby. The woman behind the desk was very sweet but firm. We went to the restaurant that closes at 2:30 according to the signs, but the attendant said they are closed and the same food is offered in the bar. When the bar attendant arrived she was more than wonderful, she prepared our drinks and service was great. Around 2:40 I went to see if I could check in and 35 people were waiting in line for one attendant. The line curled from the desk to the front door and back to the desk. I got in line at the tail and several people came up behind me. 2 more attendants arrived and said form 3 lines. No attempt was made to organize customers in the order as they had arrived. By 3:15 We were told there were no double or king beds available, to come back in 25 mins. I had reserved on the ground floor and they offered me a king in the 3rd floor. Great! I took it. The room was great, but overlooked the roof. My impression from the ad was there were 3 restaurants and overlooked a lake. Walk to shopping etc. Short story long, if there is ever a next time, it won’t be Doubletree. Very disorganized and undependable. Yes, we did get our chocolate chip cookies. Yum. Read less

Water was lukewarm for the bathroom, and only a shower option because faucet wouldn’t work properly. The tub wasn’t clean anyway, but… I can understand an older hotel being in some disrepair, but the inattentive staff and the grunge is inexcusable for a Hilton property. Read less

When we got our room, it was on the 12th floor. I believe the 12th floor might have been a party floor of some sort, because two of the rooms up there we’re having very loud parties and kept opening and slamming their doors and playing very loud music all night. Multiple things were broken in the room. The front desk seemed a little disorganized.
