Licio was amazing, I couldn’t thank him enough for all his efforts. He even insured that the concierge team (Linsky) reached out before the EOD to get all our dining reservations sorted. The hostess Mayelin was wonderful. She has an amazing customer service and made our stay even better with her good vipes. The food is really good. It was an incredible experience and i really recomend this hotel for everyone and the persons there!

Absolutely fabulous! We stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and we weren't disappointed. Staff were courteous and polite and went out of their way every time, whether at reception, concierge, bar, restaurant, pool, beach area. The food was great. The hotel was amazing. We.booked the junior suite with ocean view, and it was wonderful to wake up to see the beach and sea each morning. We discovered thwt you can get a trolley (free bus) outside, which runs all day until 11pm, which takes you to the south beach and ocean drive to restaurants, bars, and shops, and it was great A fabulous treat with some luxury for a special occasion. The hotel room was an ocean front suite and felt tired and worn. Ie balcony doors hard to open and trim falling off. Carpet looked dirty, sink hardware fixtures need a deep clean or just completly replaced. It really needs to be refreshed. Bathroom doors not closing properly. Pools and pool decks are really bad. The wood looking plank that goes around the pool are popping up all over and it looks terrible. Concrete is cracking around stairs and pool deck. Hot tub light fixtures falling out. This is just basic maintenance that needs addressed asap. Also hotel hallway air-conditioning not working so hallways were miserably hot. Read less
