We've been to this hotel numerous times over the years. This is our first time back since 2021. The hotel has not skipped a beat. They are currently updating many areas of the property, and the hotel is obviously owned by folks who love it. Our room was absolutely terrific, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The bartenders at Ocean Social, the restaurant by the beach, were friendly and accommodating. Hassan, Xavier, and a delightful bartender from Nigeria were very good. Ocean Social, which replaced Malibu Farms, serves very tasty food in an airy, open setting. The pool was great. Clean and towels were abundant. A special shout out to Vince, who took very good care of us in getting us set up with umbrellas and towels. Our room had a panoramic view of the ocean and pools and the bed was so comfy. We are very sad to be leaving tomorrow, but we are already planning our return trip next year for a longer time. 10 days wasn't long enough! Read less

I live in Miami and always wanted to stay at the Eden Roc. The Mid-Century architecture of the building is iconic, and the location on Miami Beach is spectacular, so my husband and I booked a one-night staycation. Unfortunately, we left feeling the experience could have been so much better. Our overall feel was that this hotel isn't at four-star level, more like 3.5. The front desk was friendly at check-in. We'd brought a cold bottle of champagne that we planned to pop open as soon as we got to the room, so I asked for 2 flutes to be brought up. Well, an hour later they still hadn't arrived. I tried using the telephone (which was dirty and very dusty) to ask what was taking so long. No answer. Then I scanned the QR code they gave us with our key card, which brings up an app, with a button to tap to call. It strangely called an accounting firm (I got their voicemail since it was a holiday weekend). An hour and a half later, we finally got our glasses. I felt cranky. Good things about the room: The king bed was very comfortable, the linens were clean and felt high-quality. Air conditioning was excellent, and super quiet. The view of the ocean was gorgeous, and there was decent-sized balcony with 2 small chairs. The bathroom was spacious, with an open shower and large whirpool tub (we didn't use it, so not sure how it functioned). I reqested a late check out (1pm) and it was accommodated. The not so good: There were only 2 skimpy bath towels and hand towels, and no fluffy robe. Not a huge deal, but we expected better from a "luxury" hotel. The large flat screen TV is outdated — it wasn't a smart television, so we ended up having to watch a movie on an iPad. The mini fridge is only a minibar, stocked with overpriced liquor, wine and beverages. There was no room for us to chill a bottle of wine or our own water. The ice bucket was a bamboo square box that ended up leaking. The carpet in the room and the hallways looked like it needed a deep clean. This was a pleasant stay overall, but we feel they need to consider freshening the decor and level of service to make this a top-notch luxury hotel, Read less

Jean-Eddie was amazing… very accommodating when we checked in for our vehicle. He was so friendly and helpful! We felt welcomed. The upgrade to the Zen Suite was well worth the price! The view, tub, and room layout was amazing! We plan to visit again soon!

Maria was very accommodating. The room is nice and clean the service was excellent. Had a great time and stay. I will definitely recommend staying here. The only con I have is you don’t get umbrellas at the beach its a extra cost and the drinks inside the refrigerator is overpriced
