Daring to be different, yet featuring enough deco-detailing to make the grade in Miami, this five star retreat may be all cool white and slick lines on the outside, but inside it’s filled with sumptuous velvety reds, glitzy golds, and warm woods and leather: nowhere more so than in its very own theatre, an opulent cabaret venue with a nod to the grand old opera houses of Europe’s capitals. The dining’s just as decadent, ranging from the modern Asian creations of master chef Paul Qui, in the ocean view Pao restaurant, to the live-fire Argentine cooking of renowned South American chef Francis Mallman, at Los Fuegos. They’ve even thrown in a sand-skirting location on Miami Beach, a luxury spa, and an oceanfront pool and sunbathing deck.

I was there for a wellness retreat. The surroundings were spectacular, the hamam was divine, and the meditation and pranic healing course by Augustina were fantastic. I’ve been to many wellness retreats and energy healing trainings and this was one of my favorites. Looking forward to going back.

Our experience at Los Fuegos was amazing! We loved the food, the atmosphere and , the Service. Our waiter Jean Paul was so sweet and gentle with my kids, they loved him. We definitely will want to return with some friends and colleagues.
