We booked in for an unexpected stay for 3 nights in October. Most of the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The initial welcome by the receptionist wasn’t great, she was frosty and not very helpful when we arrived tired and a bit stressed after a long drive, but that was more than made up for later in the week by Richard R, Gaby B and also the wonderful lady at breakfast who made the tastiest of omelettes. They were the most delicious I’ve ever had! Thanks for a good stay. Read less

Milka at the adult pool was the best! I came here with friends and we had never been to Miami before. She gave us so many great recommendations and on top of that, her service was wonderful! I highly recommend hanging out at the adult pool with Milka!

Very nice hotel with very nice staff! Jeymi and Richard were both very helpful at the front desk and made our stay awesome! The room was very nice and the room service paid attention to the small details when cleaning. Overall great experience and would recommend!

We’ve stayed at this property several times for personal trips as well as for a work conference, it’s always great and a more laid back spot to stay on Miami Beach. Good amenities including beach front, great food (Nobu, Ocean Social) and several pools to choose from Shoutout to Denor at the pool, he did a great job
