Where is it

Conveniently located in the heart of South Beach. Distance from Miami International Airport: 11 miles. The driving distance and time it takes to get from the airport to the hotel can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it typically takes around 20-30 minutes by car.

Hotel information

All rooms come with HEPA air filters, WiFi, LCD TV, Keetsa mattress, filtered tap water, Nespresso machine, soft cotton robes, cotton slippers, separate rain shower and bath, Bamford bath products. 

City View Rooms are 550 - 700 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View Two Kings with balcony. 650 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View One-Bedroom suite with balcony. 950 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Complimentary access to the Tesla electric vehicles for rides within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The fully electric Audi e-tron house car is available from 9am-9pm on a first come first serve basis and will take you within 3-mile radius. 

Valet parking $30 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Habitat - (breakfast daily 7am - 11.30am, a la carte menu daily until 11:00am. Lunch daily 12pm - 2pm. Dinner Sun - Thur  6pm - 10pm, Fri – Sat  6pm -11pm). Plnthouse (plant-based cuisine and locally sourced organic fare). Neighbors (on the go). The Sandbox (located on the 3rd floor next to the pool). Drift Bar and Lounge (open 12pm - late night)

I had yet another great experience at the 1Hotel South Beach. From arrival to departure, our entire stay was seamless. I enjoyed many of the amenities, notably Watr and the roofdeck pool, the lobby bar, and the gym. Our interactions were splendid from the very start – the front desk staff were extremely cordial and helpful from booking the reservations, to arrival, to departure. I wanted to make a special mention of specific front desk individuals – office manager, Chim; Assistant Reservations manager Michelle, and agent Nafeesah. The lobby bartenders, especially Edgar and Young, prepared every elaborate cocktail I requested in an effortless fashion, and came up with creative suggestions to boot! The staff at Watr and the rooftop pool were also extremely attentive and made us feel incredibly special. I wanted to highlight Ara, the bartender who, despite the high number of guests at the bar at any given time, always seemed to somehow provide us with individualized attention, delicious drinks, and set the tone from the moment we walked into the rooftop. The servers and pool attendants also addressed every request, and if they had a fitbit watch, I’m sure they logged in enough daily steps for a month! I wanted to make a final special mention of the Housekeeping, an often underappreciated component of the hotel experience. Sonia greeted us with smiles multiple times a day and kept our room immaculate, not a wrinkle in a sheet, and exceeded our expectations in every regard. A true gem. Despite the tangible assets of a luxury hotel experience, what sets apart 1Hotel South Beach for me is the outstanding hospitality of all the staff involved. This intangible sense of welcome is a very unique hotel experience, in my opinion, and allowed us to truly feel at “home”, and look forward to the next time! Read less

The hotel is amazing and the staff are incredible. Have stayed at several hotels on south beach and this was by far one of the best. They have a little bit of everything for all. The gym is awesome, the many pools are amazing and the food is incredible.
