Where is it

Conveniently located in the heart of South Beach. Distance from Miami International Airport: 11 miles. The driving distance and time it takes to get from the airport to the hotel can vary depending on traffic conditions, but it typically takes around 20-30 minutes by car.

Hotel information

All rooms come with HEPA air filters, WiFi, LCD TV, Keetsa mattress, filtered tap water, Nespresso machine, soft cotton robes, cotton slippers, separate rain shower and bath, Bamford bath products. 

City View Rooms are 550 - 700 sq ft with either 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View Two Kings with balcony. 650 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

City View One-Bedroom suite with balcony. 950 sq ft, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Complimentary access to the Tesla electric vehicles for rides within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The fully electric Audi e-tron house car is available from 9am-9pm on a first come first serve basis and will take you within 3-mile radius. 

Valet parking $30 plus tax, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Habitat - (breakfast daily 7am - 11.30am, a la carte menu daily until 11:00am. Lunch daily 12pm - 2pm. Dinner Sun - Thur  6pm - 10pm, Fri – Sat  6pm -11pm). Plnthouse (plant-based cuisine and locally sourced organic fare). Neighbors (on the go). The Sandbox (located on the 3rd floor next to the pool). Drift Bar and Lounge (open 12pm - late night)

You absolutely have to try the King Salmon roll and the Melon signature cocktail. Rooftop is amazing and Emily was our server and she was fantastic at sharing her favorites on the menu and giving great recommendations. Highly recommend. 10/10

What a welcoming venue at 1 Hotel rooftop restaurant, Watr at the Rooftop. We were greeted by the most professional and friendly manager, Uzziel. We believe he is the manager since he paid attention to every detail and delivered us a 5 star experience. He was also very attentive to the other customers that dined on the rooftop and provided the needed service, before having to ask for assistance. Uzziel recommended delicious entrees and drinks as we relaxed on the rooftop in July. You wouldn’t think of sitting on a Miami rooftop in July, but 1 Hotel South Beach accomplished a cool, shaded, and comfortable dining lunch experience on the rooftop with cooling patio misters. Uzziel's perfectly recommended entrees for us were Kaiso Salad, Miso Black Cod, and Watr Burger with a ginger dressing side salad, which were all served beautifully, with fresh and quality ingredients. If you want a delight for your palate, finish with the dessert, The Yuzu. Thank you Uzziel for a memorable 5 star experience at 1 Hotel. Read less

The property is stunning, and the service was top notch. Our room was amazing as well. I want to single out Victoria from reservations. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our stay would not have been the same without her. Thank you for taking the time and the effort to go the extra mile.

What an amazing stay. Every detail thought out. Great service and very very kind staff! Shout to Is at check in, Jailyn at the hotel bar, Jess at pool bar, Patrick at the adult pool, and juancarlo at the pool! Thank you for your kindness! Great hotel.

I went to this hotel in june 2024, it was a terrible experience to me , i honesty have never been in a hotel like this, it was to big and confusional, screams everywhere, the pool was dirty with sand and hair’s at the bottom, the room’s were small with a constant smell of old furniture or something like that. I don’t recommend going on this hotel.
