If I could give zero stars, I would. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels during my business travel and Hilton is my preference. But this was the worst. They don’t tell you on the listing that the fitness center is closed, all but one elevator is broken in a 9 story building, the window in my bathroom was hanging on by a thread and about to fall out, there “suite shop” at the front leaves a lot to be desired (I couldn’t even get something to drink that was diet), the “restaurant” they advertised is out of business and room service is not available even though they advertise it on their website, and I paid extra to have breakfast included with my rate. When I did this I was assuming that it would be a cooked to order breakfast like I’ve had at many other Hilton Garden Inns. But when I get there I see that I paid extra for a “buffet” breakfast that was 100% the exact same breakfast you get at many of their other hotels at no charge. I have been highly disappointed with this stay (I’m sitting in my room writing this review) and am thankful that I check-out later today. Read less

Avoid at all costs. Despite booking 20 months previously as part of a holiday package, upon arriving was told we didn’t have a room reservation. Avoid at all costs. Despite booking 20 months previously as part of a holiday package, upon arriving was told we didn’t have a room reservation. We had just spent 5 nights in Orlando on the same holiday reservation, with no issues. Eventually when we produced the paperwork they claimed they had our booking, under a slightly different name? Name was all correct on our paperwork. Our friends flew in later that night from the UK to be told that their room hadn’t been paid for. Despite their room being on the same reservation as ours they claimed ours had been paid for but theirs hadn’t. Member of staff on reception was obnoxious, rude and most unhelpful claiming the holiday operator had called them earlier that day to let them know the booking wasn’t paid for (by them, not us!) but that she couldn’t call them back on our behalf. Our full balance to the holiday operator had been paid 3 months prior to our arrival, and so the issue was between them and the operator and not with us. Eventually after calls back home to the UK by us she “let” our friends check in to their room. When you arrive initially with the hotel it looks at first glance ok, but this is where it ends. The hotel is outdated and dirty. Our room smelt of mould and damp, with wet patches all over our floor. The bathroom door and door handle was hanging off. Carpet in the reception area was disgusting and filthy. Luckily we only had to stay one night otherwise I would have asked to move to a different hotel. Avoid at all costs. Read less

We stayed here one night after our flight was canceled. The room was tiny. Both beds were pushed up against the walls. The carpet was peeling up off the floor. Walls appeared dirty in the rooms and in the common areas. The air did not work well and our room was hot. I heard what I thought was a shower all night long but instead it was water from… Read more

Walls appeared dirty in the rooms and in the common areas. The air did not work well and our room was hot. I heard what I thought was a shower all night long but instead it was water from the air conditioner running the entire night. Breakfast was cluttered, dirty, not stocked well and $20 for what is complimentary at most hotels and also better at those hotels. However, I dealt with three hotel front desk clerks while there and all were very professional, pleasant and accommodating. They took very good care of us and tended to all our needs. The location is also good. It is one block from the beautiful beach and walking distance from many attractions. This is a crappy hotel with great staff in a nice location. Read less

I was telling him I can send you a credit card authorization form with a copy of my ID he said NO so I asked to speak to a supervisor he said NO. So I didn’t feel like dealing with him and I made a new reservation for my brother online for only one night and I booked him the rest of the week at Marriott. As a Hilton honor member I’m telling the corporate office do some investigations on this property or I’ll take my business somewhere else. Read less

For a Hilton Garden Inn hotel paying between 600 and 300 hundred dollars per night, depending the day, I expected much more. Breakfast not inclued, paid 19 dollars and a total disaster. Room small, ugly bathroom. Highlight, the beach is just one block away.
