Located in the heart of Miami's South Beach, on Washington Avenue, in the Art Deco district. The hotel is just 30 minutes from Miami International Airport and 20 minutes from the cruise terminals of Miami Port.

202 comfortable rooms and suites, with all the amenities you'll need to have an enjoyable stay. The rooms here are slightly smaller in size but are carefully designed to ensure there's appropriate storage space meaning ample living space. All rooms feature walk-in rain showers, air-conditioning, in-room safe, 55" flat-screen HDTV with Bluetooth speaker and streaming apps, hairdryer, garment steamer, and complimentary WiFi access. 

Standard Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 2 people.  

Ocean View Rooms are located on higher floors, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people. 

Quad Rooms feature 2 sets of bun beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

This is fun and very well located hotel with good restaurants. Beach access is just a few minutes away walking. The roof top pool has a nice view of Miami Beach. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. This is the perfect hotel for couples.

Loved the hotel! Everything is close by, the people are very nice! Specially the girl at front desk Jossy , she helped us a lot , gave us a lot of information and stuffs to do around the area :) def recommend it! Also the l coffee from Tiendita was GREAT!

Are there a couple design flaws with the room, sure, but enough for a one star review? Absolutely not. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the food. It was good, a little more variety by the pool would be ideal, but still good, no real complaints, just looking for more options. Eric and the other pool server were amazing. Staff were friendly and the rooftop…. could have spent most of my days there, incredible views and ambience! Don’t question it, take the s!?@!y reviews lightly and book it cause this place was outstanding! Read less

Firstly at check in the lady who checked us in was rude and not very helpful….it almost felt like we were inconveniencing her by checking in. We were really looking forward to the trip because it was my friends birthday that day and I had messaged ahead to have Prosecco and a cake put in the room to which was requested through our travel agent. (Theinternettraveller) none of which were in the room once we got there. DISAPPOINTING The rooms We were in a 2 queen room and when I say we were not even able to unpack anything AT ALL I am not exaggerating! We immediately asked if we could upgrade the room and explained we were happy to pay extra to which we were told “NO ALL ROOMS ARE THE SAME” after a Quick Look online we could see there were several different style rooms available for us to book there and then! and therefore this was a TOTAL FABRICATION OF THE TRUTH! But we thought we’re here now we have to just try to enjoy IN THE ROOM There was only enough space to get your toiletries out and store a few items in the end of bed storage. The wall hanging rail was so inconvenient if you put things on the hangers you either knocked them off and fell on the floor constantly or you waliked in to the stuff poking out and knocked it on the floor…either way everything ended up ON THE FLOOR The pool Absolutely great for laying out and sunbathing the boys serving the drinks were working so hard and clearly could use some more help serving everyone. Especially when there was staff if the Serena restaurant chatting up a storm when they could have been helping out in the areas of the hotel where it was busier The Serena The food is fantastic! The staff are so friendly and the cocktail are TDF! We also would recommend this hotel to people with kids as it’s a loud pool scene vibe…(which we loved!) But just maybe not suitable for families. Also we were travelling from the UK and we’re aware of a resort tax but we weren’t aware of how much or when that would be taken! Nothing was mentioned to us on Check in/out and then I got an invoice on my email to say it was $171 for the 5 nights we stayed now I’m assuming this will be taken for the $500 security deposit taken on check in but because this wasn’t explained to me I had to call the hotel directly after checkout again at my expense because of the hotel incompetence Read less
