I don’t even know where to begin. This was the most amazing experience from beginning to end. Other than the extreme attention to details and unmatched hospitality, the promptness to safety was mind blowing. We had a bad experience off the property, which resulted in some problems with someone harassing us. The staff took it seriously and did the right thing with ZERO questions asked. I felt so safe and at home! I will never NOT take the opportunity to applaud how wonderful this hotel is. A life changing experience! And you don’t need to leave the property. The in house Japanese restaurant is INCREDIBLE !!!! Read less

SLS went above and beyond prior to our arrival. We were greeted by staff without any hesitation. Our room was clean and gorgeous, beyond our expectations. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, the effort the staff put into making sure guests were safe as well as themselves was recognized. Always opened doors for us, sanitizer throughout he hotel, housekeeping was absolutely phenomenal!! A huge thanks to Fernando who suggested an array of restaurants and museums for us to visit. The pool staff and service was outstanding, they consistently checked on us and made sure drinks were always full and that we were comfortable. They clearly worked as a team and valued their guests as well as each other. I am so pleased with our stay. I am endlessly appreciative to all of the staff that literally went above and beyond to keep their guests safe & happy! We cannot wait to return! Read less

A friend and I decided to take a day trip from Naples to Miami using resort pass. When we arrived we were greeted by Mel, he said he was expecting us and walked us through everything that our passes included. He introduced us to the pool manager David that helped us multiple times throughout our stay With moving Umbrellas and giving us great food recommendations. Our waitress Yulia was very assertive, knowledgeable and friendly. Our stay was more than we could have imagined, the culture of SLS south beach is phenomenal. The staff was seamless as they worked together to truly give an everlasting experience. I would 10/10 recommend staying here for a few days and I will be back in the near future.
