Hi the service was amazing, Peter individually was super nice and took care of my friends and I throughout our whole stay. The staff is very nice and friendly. As soon as walked to the hotel, Peter was already helping us. Definitely will be coming back!

Peter was our ambassador he took exceptional care of us. He was the highlight of our stay and took care of us our entire stay. We absolutely loved SLS and he was part of the reason. He was super friendly, cordial, and overall kind. 10/10.

Peter was the most accommodating, most lively, and charming hotel ambassador there is. Our experience at the SLS would not have been the same with out Peter’s presence, we could not have asked for a better host for out vacation. Peter took care of us from the room to the pool. Angel, Marcus, Elijaj, Paola & Franklin we’re the absolute best! It was a huge storm and they really helped us! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Truly what you look for when you come to Miami Beach! Love them

Peter Erasme SLS AMBASSADOR is on point for everything that he does for the SLS South Beach Hotel. What ever I need he has me. Always upbeat and willing to take care of me. I recommend him for future SLS experiences. He’s definitely A1. Greatness he is.
