Situated in the playground of the rich and famous, this is a playful concoction of sophistication, elegance and exemplary service right on the beach, just minutes from Ocean Drive. Elegant and luxuriously feminine, with an added contemporary edge, this accommodation really is fit for royalty, whilst the mirrors on the ceiling and box marked ‘sinners,’ add a very French twist to the otherwise demur décor. Designed in the style of a bathtub, there are 2 swimming pools which come complete with a 10 foot tall silver ‘rubber ducky’.

Stayed in a villa last weekend. Paying 1000 a night for a room that has a broken safe and where I cannot get anyone at the front desk to answer is unacceptable. Stayed in a villa last weekend. Paying 1000 a night for a room that has a broken safe and where I cannot get anyone at the front desk to answer is unacceptable. We literally called five times and no one answered. No corkscrew in room so I couldn't open the bottle of wine they left in room. We call down and they bring a corkscrew that they said had to be returned because they didn't have anymore. So we stupidly return it. I later wanted to open a bottle of red in the room and couldn't. We called down five times and no one answered the phone. Finally got someone but that is not good service. so I can request one. Nice room but the service really makes it not worth it. If you put service in the name then you need to deliver. Also as a warning, the villas are next to the party pool so loud music all day and late into night. Read less

He went out of his way to make my check inn experience the best possible and mainly arranged for an early check in free of charge (incredible respect with the guest!!) so I could rest from my long flight. I am a frequent flyer and there are few hotels that have this courtesy with the guest. congratulations to SLS SOUTH BEACH super recommend and I will always come back. Peter Erasme is the ambassador at the hotel and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our group! Our experience was enhanced because of his work. We were able to get upgraded when we arrived. Fernando was very helpful at the front desk as well.

This hotel has rude employees. They treat u like crap after u check out. God forbid u ask for help. My Id was lost and found I’ve spent over a day trying to retrieve it they claim there is no manager until after 9 pm and this is supposed to be a luxury hotel .

The SLS is a beautiful property with great restaurants and amenities and I have to note how exceptional Peter Erasme was as a hotel ambassador. Peter went out of his way to assist me and was always offering a kind word and quick service. Peter is a true gem at the SLS.
