Just had the most amazing stay at The Betsy. The food, staff, rooms, ambiance was top notch. Be sure to say hi to Fritz, he is the amazing and hospitable doorman. He will treat you like a queen and help to accommodate whatever you need. This was a great place for a work trip- it still is fun but also a little quieter than some of the other South… Read more

Great service from the staff at The Betsy! Really enjoyed my stay there the hospitality and food was fantastic. I would encourage business travelers to stay and use the library. The wonderful art work on the property and the architecture is amazing.

This is one of the most outstanding hotels we have ever stayed at. The service is extraordinary (more about that below), location is superb for walking to the beach or restaurants or just people watching on the veranda, food is delicious (we had breakfast lunch, and dinner multiple times), and the amenities are thoughtful with libraries to play cards in during a thundershower, two pools to choose from, a wonderful room where we were lucky to have an opera performance one evening and live music in the lobby every night. It truly is the attention to detail and the people who make this establishment so incredible. - Mario at reception was simply outstanding- always friendly, smiling, and kind. He was empathetic, funny and helpful with phoning restaurants, sharing funny stories and genuinely caring about our various airport travel woes. - Gustavo at the rooftop pool was a wonderful man who remembered our names and what we liked to have. He was personable and professional and we enjoyed our conversations with him. - Evan at check in was efficient, knowledgeable and always helping. We noticed he was never not busy helping guests or his colleagues - bags, doors, signage..he was always always ensuring people and peers had what they needed, - Rene, our daily waiter at breakfast, was just lovely. He was thoughtful, courteous and was pre-emptive with getting us what we required without us even asking! - Alex, our waiter on the verandah, was personable, efficient and so patient. Thank you to everyone at The Betsy Hotel for a memorable stay. Read less

A very charming boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and a nice rooftop pool with a bar. Located on south beach at the art deco area it was a perfect base for our Miami visit. The restaurant was very good although you can get better breakfast in the surrounding restaurants. I want to get a special shoutout to Fritsner at the hotel front desk and my main man Ray who waited our table in the restaurant the night we arrived. Overall a great, charming and very tasteful decorated hotel which I definitely would stay at again. Read less
