Our stay at the Betsy was absolutely fantastic. Paul, the concierge, provided exceptional service and is a true testament to his profession. He gave us great suggestions and made we had what we needed every day for a great girls trip! Rene was our server at breakfast every morning and remembered our drink and food preferences. He anticipated all our needs including bringing us pitchers of water to wash sand off our feet on the front porch after getting rained out at the beach!
The attentiveness of the entire staff was great but Paul and Rene were truly outstanding! Everyone was incredibly welcoming despite our, at times, over enthusiastic group of women. Highly recommend spending some time at this charming hotel. It has the most comfortable and welcoming spaces from the lobby to the library to the rooftop pool and lounge area. You won't regret visiting!

Shout out to Joanny who was a wonderful server during our breakfast. We loved meeting Besty and Rosa. Great location, very clean, great service, great wait staff, front desk attendant was so kind. Recommend art deco tour with Damian as well! Highly recommend this beautiful motel!

We stayed at the Betsy for our 20 yr college reunion. The service by Rene at the restaurant was top notch, and Paul took great care of us to ensure the trip was everything my girlfriends and I needed. Next time I am in South Beach, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Paul and Rene!

Excellent piano bar. We got a really good dessert and Katherine was amazing. I spilled my drink and she replaced it for free which was really nice of her! I will be back! Highly recommend for my friends and family for an enjoyable evening! Thank you!
