This place is well worth it! The type of customer service we received as a family was extraordinary! It ain’t one of those 1000 dollar a night hotels but it definitely felt welcoming, well organized and friendly. I will ask anyone to give this place a try. And the location access is pretty good being close to south beach.

It has a cute little gift shop which is slightly overpriced, but that is to be expected. We dined at essencia for breakfast and chose from the ala carte menu, rather than the buffet. It was delicious. At the beach, our server, Anthony, along with the beach chair staff, were all attentive and delightful. We enjoyed Cuban sandwiches and some beverages on the beach and they were delicious, too. Overall, it was a marvelous experience and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. In fact, my husband stated that this was his favorite hotel in which we have ever stayed. Read less
