Hotel information

376 guest rooms and suites with a colour palette inspired by Miami’s vibrant culture. All guest rooms feature air conditioning, 37" LCD TV, high speed WiFi, telephone, tea/coffee maker, iron and ironing board, minibar*, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. 

Classic Rooms are located on floors 2-7, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

City View Rooms are located on floors 3-11 and offer views of South Beach with a comfortable seating area and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Partial Ocean View rooms are located on floors 5-11 with partial views of the Atlantic and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Lanai Pool View rooms are located on floors 2-4 with private balcony or terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Oceanfront Guest Rooms are located on floors 2-6 and 9-11 and have a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. These rooms offer either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds; sleeping maximum 4 adults.

One bedroom suites feature either city views, or full or partial Atlantic views and have a separate living area with sofa bed and honor bar with beverages and snacks. The bedroom consists of a King bed, with a rollaway available on request; sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Lanai Oceanfront Suites are located on floors 2-4 with views of both South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. These suites have a spacious layout with a large living and dining area, private balcony, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed; sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

Club rooms offer access to the private oceanfront Club Lounge where guests enjoy the attention of a dedicated concierge and complimentary culinary offerings throughout the day including breakfast, lunch, dessert and a selection of wines, beers, spirits and other beverages. 

Please note: 2 adults per Club room will receive access to the Club Lounge. Any additional guests will need to pay a charge for entry.

DiLido Beach Club (beachfront dining and cocktails, with all-day lunch menu). Fuedo y Mar (Latin American, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch). Lapidus Bar (cocktails and live music).

From night one, Joao greeted us with a huge smile and asked us what we would like. I apologized that we were there 30 minutes before they closed and I said we would be fast. He said no problem he was here for us as long as we needed him. I was truly touched by his kindness and it was a great way to start the trip!! He treated us with so much love and kindness the entire time. I have to say it did not stop there. Eric, Myriam, Ollivia, Paco, Christian, and of course Kyle were all amazing too!! I can tell you wonderful stories about all of these unbelievable employees! They were all great! Eric greeted us with a beautiful smile everyday and always asked if he could get us anything. He was awesome. Myriam was so kind to us. She talked to my son about Miami dolphin football and she really made us feel so special!!! She also gave me a wonderful memory…and I will think about her on Christmas morning when we enjoy a glass of champagne. Giulianna, was so sweet and very attentive! She filled my glass of mimosa everytime she saw it getting low. Then she gave me a “to-go” cup when I was ready to leave. Ollivia, Wilson, Paco and Christian always made us feel so welcomed and asked us many times if we needed anything. They were great!!! But I have to give a special thank you to Kyle. He was so kind to us. He is truly amazing and the Ritz Carlton in South Beach is so lucky to have him. Thank you so much to the entire staff at the Club level!!! Words cannot express how grateful we are for you!!! You really did make our trip so special!! You really did give us the “Ritz Carlton” experience!!! This property is simply not up to standards of what is expected of a Ritz Carlton property. The rooms are just “OK”. Nothing special. Overall, the property is extremely outdated and not close to par of competitors in the area, Not to mention you have to check your folio very carefully, as the outside/inside bar will put overcharges and phantom charges on your account. Not sure if it was by design, incompetence or just honest mistakes. I caught mistakes at the point of charging and when I went to check out (over $100 in extra charges and/or non-applied credits) Overall, this property is two steps below, the One Hotel and one step below the W Hotel which are both just blocks away. While the service is ok and staff courteous, With all the competitor properties going through renovations or in the process of updating, the Ritz SB seems overdue for an overhaul and refresh and a black-eye to the Ritz brand Read less

We love the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. They are here to ensure their guests have a most memorable experience throughout their stay in every area of this beautiful property. Wherever we were, from the valet, to the front desk, the pool attendants, bartenders and servers...they were all there to help us with anything we needed and always help make our stay a most memorable one. The Club Lounge and the Team here are amazing. From the moment we walk through the Club Lounge door, we feel like we never left! The Ladies and Gentlemen here are very special, Christian, Eric, Myriam, Giuliana, Kyle, Joao and Olivia were there for us throughout our stay, to ensure we have the best time ever, and we did! Thank you! Also, want to share my special thanks to Sammi Teller, Assistant Director of Housekeeping whom we followed from the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale to South Beach. She goes way out of her way in a very busy environment to always welcome us back when we visit and was there for me when I had a freak accident in my room, thank you.
