10 individually decorated suites featuring a designer’s touch and opulent details throughout. All with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, cable TV, mini bar*, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobe, and bathroom amenities.

Superior Suites are 550 sq ft in size, with a separate sitting room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Exceptional Suites are 700 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, sitting room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, as well as the option of two additional full-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

One Bedroom Suites are 1500 sq ft in size, featuring a private terrace, sitting room, and separate bedroom, sleeping maximum 4 people.  

The Venus Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a separate sitting area, two flat-screen televisions, in-room stereo system, oversized shower, and bedroom with double queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.  

Gianni's Master Suite features two balconies overlooking Ocean Drive and the Mosaic pool, a separate sitting area, bedroom sitting alcove, his and hers closets, oversized double-head shower, and a double king-sized bed, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

Daily breakfast included. Onyx Bar (serving sophisticated cocktails and fine wine selections). Restaurant Gianni’s At The Villa (refined continental cuisine, open for lunch and dinner).

We wanted to try an exciting hotel in Miami so we chose the former Versace Mansion. We stayed in Elton John's room.. I guess. It was very cool and everything I imagined it be. So over the top haha. I would stay again and try a different room. Breakfast was yummy too!

Absolutely loved it but really was ruined by the music. I was expecting to feel extremely Versace and Italian but the music felt like was just playing hot hits on Spotify was really disappointing and ruined the experience. Checked in here for eight nights and the experience was in our opinion excellent. The suites, theres only twelve on two floors and they are beautifully fitted out with most of the original decor, paintings, antiques, furniture and fittings that Versace brought from Italy to redevelop the building when he bought it - the interior is stunning. This is not a hotel, it's better thought of as a restaurant with rooms. The main business is Gianni's the restaurant that sits around the outdoor pool area, 300/400 lunches and 600/900 dinners daily. It is a precision operation, with no one allowed into the building unless they have a booking. The staff are excellent, all beautiful people dressed in black and well trained ,very efficient, and they looked after us very well. Breakfasts are exceptional when you have the entire outside area essentially to yourself and any other guests. We had dinner too and it was also superb. There's no residents lounge or private after hours bar, you share the public areas with diners from 11-4 and 5:30 until late. Your suite is your lounge, ours was enormous! - The bar is cosy and well priced, Grande Marque Champers at $125 and a great selection of cocktails. The Victor hotel next door(owners of the villa) allow use of their pool, gym and Spa to residents. The villa will provide towels for the beach. So, if you want a truly unique experience in a wonderful building on the marginally quieter end of Ocean Drive, this is definitely for you. If you're a 5* hotel lover, maybe this isn't for you, there's plenty big hotels up on Collins Avenue and further up the beach that will endlessly pamper you. Suite Price is expensive but VFM in my opinion - we will return!! Read less

Some staff were nice, but others didn't seem to care much. The mansion's original furniture has been replaced with some questionable pieces. At $1000 per night, you'd expect better service, like AC concierge or turndown services. My room had too many pillows and curtains that I had to attend to myself. If you're interested in the Gianni Versace mansion, go for it, but not all rooms have his style, and some might be more basic. Don't expect lux service. Read less
