Unfortunately during our stay there was building works on the building in a front of our balcony so we had loud noise l day. Our Suite was lovely, the views amazing with double access balcony on 14th floor. How can two hotels within same chain be so different? We stayed at Grand Pelican Beach in Fort Lauderdale before travelling to Miami and GPB was a huge disappointment! Sole Miami you should pat yourselves on the back!! Well done, your staff need to show GPB how to care for guests. Read less

Resort fees were $40 a day (with another $40 a day to valet, no choice of self parking). Was told on Thanksgiving that they did not have beach chairs for us yet still had to pay the resort fee. Room had mold in Keurig machine and an ANNOYING blinking router light in the bedroom which made sleeping difficult. Would not return

Beach is right there with chairs, towels and umbrellas ready for you. Just minor things can be improved like providing coffee in a room for the coffee machine( looks like they were out of it, only decaf available). Swimming pool is quite small too. The Restaraunt on a property is quite excellent ( though not cheap) and provides breakfast, dinner, and lunch on a beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful, providing a very nice vibe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and probably, will come back! Read less

Very pleased with my stay at the Sole Miami Hotel. From the moment I arrived at the front desk to the moment I checked out, my stay was punctuated with pleasant surprises, starting with a free and unsolicited upgrade from a standard room to a suite, which was modern, attractive, and spotlessly clean. All staff I encountered were beyond pleasant and anxious to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to Trevor at the beach shack and Andrea at the pool bar. I will stay again. Read less
