I had an amazing experience at Solé in Sunny Isles Beach thanks to Felix, the pool bartender. He provided exceptional service, preparing delicious margaritas for both me and my girlfriend. Thanks to his attention to detail, we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend!

My husband, a couple friends and I decided to go to Florida for a couple days for my birthday. My son had stayed at Sole Miami before and we found a great on line rate for a beach front hotel so we booked. We arrived early Thursday afternoon and were promptly greeted by the bell staff. There were no lines at check in and they were wonderfully accommodating (shout out to Liz, Andrei and Juan Carlos). My husband ordered extra blankets and they were sent up immediately. The rooms were clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. We headed down to the pool/beach area. The staff was friendly and helpful (I do miss actual menus though….I haven’t caught up to the “QR code only” times 😊). The beach chairs and umbrellas were included in the resort fee. The staff was kind and set up our chairs with fresh covers and towels. The hotel is located near shopping and restaurants. The Sole Miami is a great place to stay if you are headed to the Sunny Isles/North Miami Beach area. Read less

Very nice staff. Friendly clean. Rooms were small and Lots of extra add ons. Location for me was perfect For what we needed to do. There were other restaurants and Shops within walking distance. If you are looking for a beach resort In North Miami then this would be work.

Stayed here for Spring Break with my sons for a week. The hotel is nice centrally located and convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. We only had lunch one day on the beach and it was good. I think that $45/day for resort fee is excessive, and you are limited to 2 beach chairs per room. I was also surprised that they charge an occupancy tax for parking. Never heard of this anywhere else. Our room had a balcony but no furniture to be able to sit and enjoy the balcony. We had to use the chair from the desk. This was odd. We had an issue with one of the lights in the bathroom and maintenance came immediately to fix it. They also replaced a burnt-out light bulb in the shower. Pool and pool area are small but sufficient. Read less
