The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were here for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! Well run business!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat and great service . Everyone is entitled to his /her own opinions based on tripadviser reviews , but our experience was great . Read less

Small rooms, Expensive and far away from the main beaches. Pool was tiny and shaded. Beds were very soft and not comfortable even after we upgraded

Lots of hidden fees. Plastic all over the beach when you’re swimming Watered down drinks Atm in the lobby charges an eight dollar fee lobby staff is rude. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and I definitely won’t come back I don’t mind paying for a nice place, but everything I mentioned about was unacceptable

Andre at the front desk was a great welcome after a long day of travel...hotel is right on the beach, has a nice all meal restaurant overlooking the ocean, and servicable gym with a private sauna and steam. Quiet area great for families, couples, solo travel. Whats not to love?
