It is always great coming to Miami from the NY winter. Staying at the Ritz takes it to the next level! The staff was exceptional (thank you Christele) and the property is well maintained. I have already booked our return trip!

Increasingly I have found that my initial encounter with hotel staff predicts how enjoyable my stay will be. This was no exception. After missing our flight we arrived at the front desk considerably stressed. This was no way to celebrate our silver anniversary. Enter Armi D. Her professionalism was evident in her every interaction but it was her warmth and genuine concern that made the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour feel like visiting relatives. She took it upon herself to ensure a wonderful stay, capped with an impromptu celebration of our anniversary. We will cherish the experience for time eternal. The property itself is everything you would except from a Ritz; upscale, exclusive with the finest finishes. There was a seemingly endless lineup of smiling, polite and accommodating staff members. I would be remiss if I failed to single out housekeeping. We have had our share of stays at exclusive properties ruined by inadequate housekeeping. Not the case here. Immaculate. Attention to detail, making each day feel as though we had just arrived. Very impressive. Read less

Wonderful staff. Dean was great in particular. He turned around a less than ideal situation. Really excellent service. Also very lovely rooms and nice location at the northern most point of south beach.

My travel agent had called to clarify this before I booked but they didn’t explain that the rooms are. It parallel to the ocean, when I complained, they offered me a bottle of champagne as compensation and I don’t drink champagne, the hotel itself is first class, the two bedroom suites are wonderful, great staff in general, but the restaurant has quite a limited menu. Thet charge $40/day resort fee for.nothing I used, give a $100 resort fee but I find out it is not good at the spa. If you don’t mind the noise and the poor view and they limited menu, you will like it here, Read less
