Outstanding customer service! We recently booked at the St. Regis, where we have stayed many times before, but decided to cancel based on their recent poor reviews. We opted to try the Ritz, which exceeded our expectations! The customer service was exceptional, from the drive up to the building, greeted by the front desk, and each hotel employee remembered us and greeted us in the Ritz manner. The room was wonderful, exceptionally clean, and refreshed very well each day, not just make the bed and leave. The restaurant staff were great, and always went out of their way to make us feel special (thank you Sharon). We needed maintenance help o get in our safe, and he came up in less than 5 mins, was incredibly helpful. This is the hotel we will come back to for our Miami visits. While we didn’t have time to use the pool or beach, it looked great as well. We are sorry to leave but will be back soon. Thank you to the Ritz staff. Read less

Amazing experience at the Ritz- Carlton Bal Harbour! Benarex, Bruno, Santiago, Nathan, BKD, Jason, and Kenley, all took care of us and made sure we had the best time. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach day, look no further and get ready for your expectations to be exceeded. Highly recommend!

Lorazo and his team by the beach accommodated my cousins entire Bach party and provided exceptional customer service. We were treated like the queens that we are and the entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here if you want friendly staff and services, a clean and peaceful beach and great food.
