The hotel is located very centrally in the art district of Wynwood amongst a multitude of restaurants and bars. Entry is on the 1st floor, with the lobby and bar being on the 2nd floor. Check in was friendly and efficient and the staff were very cheerful. The rooms are relatively small. There is no coffee/tea in the room (though free coffee is available in the mornings), nor a safe box though there is a big TV mounted so that you can watch it from bed. There were also no chairs, though the window had a nice seating area where you could rest if needed. The ceiling and some walls are bare concrete giving the room a very 'urban' feel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the a/c worked well. The bathroom had a good collection of toiletries and there is a cupboard by the lifts where you can pick up (for free) any items you may have forgotten as well as additional towels. Despite being a lively area, the room was quiet, though oddly street noises could be heard clearly in the bathroom.
