All with air conditioning, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker™, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, safe, cable TV, coffee/tea making facilities, and complimentary WiFi access. Two Bedroom Cottages are two storey cottages that approximately 976 sq ft with two bathrooms, and bedrooms with various bed types, sleeping maximum 6 persons.

Two Bedroom Waters Edge Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,186 sq ft and feature an additional balcony with a waterfront view.Two Bedroom Premium Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,186 sq ft and feature an additional half bathroom.Three Bedroom Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,356 sq ft with three bathrooms, and bedrooms with various bed types, sleeping maximum 8 persons.Three Bedroom Elite Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,539 sq ft with the addition of a private pool.Three Bedroom Cottage Plus are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,384 sq ft, with one of the bedrooms featuring bunk beds.Please note: Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in.Please note: Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in.

Please note: Check-in is required at the Resort Front Desk located at:8000 ​Fins Up Circle Orlando, FL 34747. You must be 21 years or older and have a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in. The card will be pre-authorised for $50 per day to cover any incidental charges. Check-in is at 1600 EST / Check-out time is before 1100 am EST.Late check-out or early check-in cannot be granted until the day of arrival/departure and will be based on availability. Customers will need to go past the front desk prior to arrival to collect the address. 

Please note: As this is a self-catering resort, no additional housekeeping is included. A mid-stay clean can be arranged locally at an additional cost.

Booked a 5 bedroom premium cottage with Rentyl in February 2024 and paid in full. Travelled from Canada. We were sent emails saying they couldn’t wait to welcome us as well as a pdf welcome booklet with instructions. On check in day today (August 30th 2024) Rentyl sent an email cancelling our reservation with no explanation or offer of alternate accommodation. Went to the actual resort as we thought it must be an error. It was no an error and there was not anyone we could speak to on the phone from Rentyl. They only have an email address and they would not reply to expedia who it had been booked through. Spent 4+ hours trying to resolve the situation and fine somewhere to stay. Missed the non-refundable day we had booked at H2O. Ending up paying over $1,000 more for a four bedroom townhouse with no pool or balcony and with ants everywhere. This is my first negative review for an accommodation but I can’t say enough how terrible the experience has been and the complete disregard of cancelling a 5 bedroom premium cottage rental the day of check in. I stayed at this resort and it provided an excellent service. The facilities were second to none and I had a very pleasurable stay. Upon check in, we were given a complimentary upgrade which was very kind of the resort, this made the trip exemplary and I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed in Margaritaville Resort Orlando and was incredibly disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was filthy, with stained sheets and chairs, dust, and dirt on the walls, glass on the patio, an empty shower gel dispenser, and mold on bathroom ceilings. Additionally, the bathroom flooring was warped and coming up. While the lobby was clean and smelled fantastic, the walk from the lobby to the room was unbearably hot due to the lack of air conditioning outside. Not fun when you are hauling luggage. I emailed the resort to inquire about the typical room standards.  I want to disclose the general email address customerservice@margaritaville.com shared 3 email addresses with me to contact the Orlando resort directly.  Orlando has been unresponsive.  A response from Orlando would have been appreciated and gone a long way in how I feel about the resort now. I am very disappointed with my stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and would not recommend it to others. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were unacceptable, especially considering the price.   So I ask you yet again Margarittivlle Orlando, is this what customers should expect from you?
