A range of 2 to 3 bedroom holiday cottages, featuring full kitchens, washer/dryer, dining and living areas, and spa-style bathrooms. All with air conditioning, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker™, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board, safe, cable TV, coffee/tea making facilities, and complimentary WiFi access. Two Bedroom Cottages are two storey cottages that approximately 976 sq ft with two bathrooms, and bedrooms with various bed types, sleeping maximum 6 persons. 
Two Bedroom Waters Edge Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,186 sq ft and feature an additional balcony with a waterfront view.Two Bedroom Premium Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,186 sq ft and feature an additional half bathroom.Three Bedroom Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,356 sq ft with three bathrooms, and bedrooms with various bed types, sleeping maximum 8 persons.Three Bedroom Elite Cottages are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,539 sq ft with the addition of a private pool.Three Bedroom Cottage Plus are two storey cottages that are approximately 1,384 sq ft, with one of the bedrooms featuring bunk beds.Please note: Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in.Please note: Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in.

Please note: Check-in is required at the Resort Front Desk located at:8000 ​Fins Up Circle Orlando, FL 34747. You must be 21 years or older and have a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in. The card will be pre-authorised for $50 per day to cover any incidental charges. Check-in is at 1600 EST / Check-out time is before 1100 am EST.Late check-out or early check-in cannot be granted until the day of arrival/departure and will be based on availability. Customers will need to go past the front desk prior to arrival to collect the address. 

Please note: As this is a self-catering resort, no additional housekeeping is included. A mid-stay clean can be arranged locally at an additional cost.

Loved the place. Beautiful safe surroundings. Will definitely go again. You can walk around the site with no problems. Homes have great aircon and are nice and clean.loved it.

Came to Orlando for a few days to relax and check out the resort. Great places to eat at Sunset walk. Clarissa and Jordyn were great bartenders by the pool!!! Very friendly and nice to everyone. Great family trip! We’ll be back………………………………..

One of the main pools was closed for construction - We were not aware of this prior to arrival, which may have impacted our hotel decision - There were heavy crowds at the other large pool and a lack of seating or shade availability. One of the main pools was closed for construction - We were not aware of this prior to arrival, which may have impacted our hotel decision - There were heavy crowds at the other large pool and a lack of seating or shade availability. Trash overflowing and the wait staff was overwhelmed. - The slider door in our room was broken. Unable to close after opening. - We paid a different price to have a premium pool front balcony room, which was now not useable. - Dee with the Maintenance Staff visited the room to confirm the fix required multiple workers and could not be completed before our departure - The right side Jack and Jill sink was backed up and would not drain. - There was a significant amount of hair in the shower drain left from the previous guest - The ice machine on floor 5 was not working. - At approximately 9:30 that evening, there was a heavy presence of police activity for a situation that we were able to hear and view from our balcony. One person was arrested and EMS was onsite. One sheriff had to drive his car onto the sidewalk by the pool to track the suspect and make an arrest. Bottom line, this is not a family-friendly hotel and most certainly not worth the price paid. Read less
