2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Townhouses all with a private entrance and private patio with hot tub, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, telephone, safety deposit box, iron, fully equipped kitchen, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, tea/coffee maker and dining area. 2 Bedroom Townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds sleep maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

3-Bedroom Townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds sleep maximum 6 adults and 2 children.

4-Bedroom Townhouses with 3 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds and 2 single bed sleep maximum 8 adults and 2 children.

Up to 2 children aged up to 11 years are accommodated on a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

Location is great facilities of resort not that much, pool which slides are good but other than that need move improvement, regarding house rooms good but mattress not that good not comfortable, also bathrooms and kitchen updated need modern touch they mostly like 80's.

I was really nervous about staying here after all the conflicting reviews. I just returned from our 6 night stay and it wasn’t that bad. The pros are it’s very large. Our family of 5 (My bf and I and our 3 teen boys) stayed in a 4bed, 3ba condo. It was nice to all have our own space and bathrooms. The location is very good , close to parks. Universal was about an 20 minute drive. We felt safe, staff was friendly the few times we interacted with them, pool area was decent, grounds are nice. Here are the cons: It looked nothing like the pictures, it was outdated. Carpet was worn, old, and dirty, the screen on our porch was ripped, it was just overall not very clean. If it was updated like in the pictures, it would have been amazing. There is a lack of kitchen utensils and supplies. You will need to bring or buy extra toilet paper, paper towel, detergent, trash bags, etc if staying more than a few days. Pool area could also use some maintenance, cleaning, and updating but overall was very pretty. If you are on a budget, it’s a good choice. However don’t expect an updated condo like in the pictures Read less

This resort is brilliant. The villa was spacious and clean. Lovely terrace and hot tub. The pool was clean and has great slides. Staff were friendly. The maintenance man was lovely and fixed out tv no issues. A short trip to Disney and universal . Celebration is recommended for food lovely restaurants. If I came back to Florida it would be here.

We had an evening in Old Town that we really enjoyed We hired a car from Avis/Budget in old town, so a quick 5 min walk out of the villa to collect. Great options for food deliveries Pool was great but lots of fruit falling from the trees so there were a lot of wasps around. Kids loved the slides. Turtles on the lake and the lovely deers that stopped by at night made for a memorable hot tub! We loved the house, kitchen well stocked apart from oven trays which we purchased at dollar tree. Good sized fridge freezer, 4 toilets, hot tub well maintained Negatives We had some questionable neighbours who appeared to have sub let from an owner on the site for a weekend. They had parties on 2 nights into the early hours. Nothing appears to have been dealt with during the party but the sheriff was called the next day and the security team dealt with the inhabitants being evicted. The security team on the gates were quite rude but all other staff were came across were great. Read less
