2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Townhouses all with a private entrance and private patio with hot tub, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, telephone, safety deposit box, iron, fully equipped kitchen, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, tea/coffee maker and dining area. 2 Bedroom Townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds sleep maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

3-Bedroom Townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds sleep maximum 6 adults and 2 children.

4-Bedroom Townhouses with 3 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds and 2 single bed sleep maximum 8 adults and 2 children.

Up to 2 children aged up to 11 years are accommodated on a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

With the new association the units are updated and amazing! When I had an issue with our units hot tube someone came out shortly after the call! Everyone was pleasant overall! I did have a minor ant issue in our unit and no one came out to spray. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend!

1. When attempting to check in early we were told that check in is at 4pm, no exceptions. The front desk person (who was quite rude) would not even give us our room # (even though she stated she knew what it was) so we could figure out if we were put close to friends. 2. The pool bar only has 1 person working at all times. So they have to do the cooking and drink making. It can take up to 30+mins to get your food/drinks. 3. The Hub, bar/restaurant, also only has 1 bartender working who is also the waitress and 1 cook. On one occasion we say 3-4 tables sit down and walk out about ~15mins later because they were not acknowledged. 4. Regarding 2&3, several bartenders told us the owner refuses to hire and therefore they only have 1 person on at a time and they have to make it work. 5. The entire resort is very "Monet". Looks great from a far but after further inspection it is quite run down and not maintained. 6. The a/c in our unit was locked at 74 degrees and we could not adjust it. There are NO ceiling fans so it made the temperature inside the unit miserable at times. 7. The king bed was NOT comfortable at all. 8. It took us 3 days before someone would come and fill the hot tub which had lost water and was not usable. 9. The kitchen was barely stocked with essentials. It made cooking almost impossible. The pool area and the grounds are beautiful. There were way too many issues with our condo that were not expected due to the rate we were charged. The amenities were lacking- the kitchen does not have what is necessary to prepare meals at home. Our toaster started smoking and flaming and had to be replaced. The hot tub was luke warm. Read less
