2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Townhouses all with a private entrance and private patio with hot tub, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, telephone, safety deposit box, iron, fully equipped kitchen, shower, hairdryer, free toiletries, tea/coffee maker and dining area. 2 Bedroom Townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds sleep maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

3-Bedroom Townhouses with 2 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed and 2 single beds sleep maximum 6 adults and 2 children.

4-Bedroom Townhouses with 3 bathrooms, 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds and 2 single bed sleep maximum 8 adults and 2 children.

Up to 2 children aged up to 11 years are accommodated on a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

Regal Oaks Bar and Grill. The Cabana Pool Bar and Grill (serving lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks). Swimming pool, plus children’s pool with water slide. Fitness centre. Clubhouse. Convenience store.

The resort is undergoing maintenance which we were not informed about at any stage, should we have known then alternative arrangements would have been made. On arrival at the property, one toilet seat and cover came away in my hand, concerning that the cleaners didn’t see this. Day 2, I reported that one basin in the bathroom did not hold water, I had to return later that day and re report the issue, it was finally addressed although continued to drain, just slower. Day 3, the windows were covered in plastic sheet in preparation for painting and remained in place for the length of our stay although no painting took place. During breakfast one morning, a maintenance man just entered the screen room unannounced and proceeded to fill cracks in the floor and wall, despite the patio doors being open and my daughter not fully dressed. Later that day, a silicone type filler was used to fill a large crack outside the front door, no warning was given and as the door opened it was walked into the house, despite reporting this the Staines remained on the floor, I did however manage to clean it off of our shoes. On returning to the property on our last night, our key cards didn’t work and we were locked out, I walked to the reception and the cards were reenergised supposedly, after repeating this process three times they finally sent an engineer to reprogram the door lock itself, this process had us locked out for 45 minutes, his parting words to us were “ they don’t know what they are doing up there”, I think I agree. Overall a poor experience and along with the fact that they now apply a 18% service charge as well as tax to the f and b, and the so called happy hour is so limited, I would doubt that we return, Read less

I am writing to share my recent experience at a lodging facility Regal Oaks Resort in Kissimmee, as I encountered difficulties that I believe others should be aware of. Prior to my arrival, I contacted the Reservations Specialist via email to inquire whether I could have packages sent to them before my check-in. I received a response assuring me that it was not a problem and was provided with detailed instructions on how to label the packages. I should send packed directly to lobby not our house address. Following these instructions, I sent several packages ahead of my arrival. Upon checking in, I discovered that two packages had been refused acceptance, and one had gone missing. The staff at the reception expressed disapproval, stating that I should not have taken such an initiative, despite having received positive affirmation from the Reservations Specialist earlier. This experience highlights a significant lack of coordination and communication between the Reservations Specialist and the front desk, resulting in a negative impact on my stay in Kissimmee. I sincerely hope that this formal complaint brings attention to the issues I encountered and contributes to improving the overall service quality, ensuring that future guests do not face similar challenges. Just leaving after an amazing two weeks!! House was clean, area was safe and pool was great 😊 The hot tube was an added bonus, close to old Town (we walked as parking was difficult and $10) Walmart close by as were loads of places to eat and shop. 10 minutes to Disney and 25 minutes to universal 🎉

They put a sign on our door telling us they were going to be power washing the outside of the building one day and painting it the next. They put a sign on our door telling us they were going to be power washing the outside of the building one day and painting it the next. We were told to clear everything from the patio area meaning we couldn’t use the hot tub or seating area and were told not to park at the apartment. They then covered every window in plastic sheeting and the workmen were there from before 8am every day. Our bin was used with yellow tape to prevent any access with cars. Someone had also came days previous to this snd cut away some of the outside inclosure. No one told us this was happening there was a guy with a ladder appeared one morning and left a gaping hole which was never fixed or his mess cleaned up. We had to request the patio area be cleaned before we could use it when we arrived as it was filthy so we didn’t get much use of the hot tub. I paid extra for a lake view but they agreed when I complained that there’s no lake view on the corner. If I’d known about the refurbishment when I was booking I wouldn’t have booked, who pays to go on holiday and live amongst someone’s refurbishment! Read less

Stayed Here for 2 weeks after booking through Air BnB visiting fro UK with our 2 year old, house was clean, well equipped and seemed to have to just been updated. We had family come for a couple of nights from Virginia and they were equally impressed. You can tell the resort is well maintained by the amount of staff they have the roads are clean and really presentable. Pool was nice and had plenty of sun loungers, the poolside bar also was great and was affordable!!!! . The location is amazing just off the 192 and 10/15 minutes from all Disney parks and 5 minuets from the I4 with plenty of food options within 5 minuites. Really excited to return Next Year best place we’ve stayed in Orlando by a long shot! Read less
