Alex & Eric at the FlowRider surf simulator were awesome. They help my son with his first time, it was a 30 minute lesson that cost $35. Which I thought was a decent fee for the skills they taught him. Thanks for a great stay in Florida. Thanks guys!!

There were no dishes towels and there was no drain stop for the sink. Dishes for six people only and not too many extra pieces other than knives. The coffee maker was a single unit Kuerig and when reading reviews, I noted that coffee filters were not provided, so brought my own coffee and filters only to find out there were no regular drip pots on the resort. Fortunately I was given a coupon for the Fresh Market which sold very high priced items. Muffins and pastries were over $6 each and not very good. The grandsons enjoyed the lazy River and the hot tub. Also, the program on the reptiles was very good. Food at waterpark and restaurant very high. Fitness center was adequate. Appreciated screened in patio as we were higher up. Staff were very good and accommodating. I had booked private transportation from airport though believe that resort transport or uber would have been much less costly. We did use free resort transport from one of the parks back to resort. Would be nice to have earlier leaving of free transport and to more parks. Read less

Beautiful grounds give you a great sense of arrival. The lobby is also quite stunning. However once you engage with the front desk staff and then try to wayfind to your room, you realize this place has serious problems. Trash and linens litter the stinch filled corridors that are dingy, dark, and poorly maintained. Doors are propped open and numerous fire code violations all around. Guest room doors don’t automatically close and latch presenting a safety risk to you and your family. The hallways smell like a litter box filled with cheap quality finishes and horrible conditions. Staff interactions avoidant at best. Return to the lobby if you can find the stunning contrast at how poorly invested the rooms and guest room spaces are. The rooms are an epic failure of some modern finishes with original deplorable milwork and destroyed cherry furniture that should have been discarded many years ago. Mid 1990’s table lamps locked to the wall, poor sound insulation makes it difficult to rest. The tiles are heavily scratched and floors dirty. The bathrooms are an epic failure again with exhaust fans with no switches clearly preventing proper ventilation. You’ll find $10 1990’s ceiling fans cheap light fixtures and awful mismatched color temperatures of lightbulbs. The stinch in the room is clearly of poor cleaning, air ventilation, smoking in guestrooms and old tired furnishings. Dust everywhere and don’t even try to look under the bed. Clearly whatever prevented maintenance routine and capital planning this owner has is being poorly managed and put in the ala carte amenities. This place is filthy and unacceptable as a Disney partner resort. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again! Read less
