The hotel

When you think of an Orlando holiday you think of Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and the many other theme parks, water parks and attractions that there are to visit. However, you’ll be hard pushed to want to leave this hotel with the facilities and activities they have on-site for all the family! A huge resort, with spacious suites that are up to 5 times the size of your average Orlando hotel room, this is perfect for families and groups alike. The suites are complete with kitchen and dining area, for those evenings when you want to chill after a busy day exploring. The Sufari water park is an attraction in it’s own right, complete with water slides and a lazy river. There are other swimming pools if you’re looking for a more chilled vibe, and whatever pool you’re at, you’ll never be far away from a bar for refreshments. The activities aren’t all water based, there’s a huge indoor entertainment centre with arcade games and glow in the dark mini golf, the kids won’t know where to start! The resort feels secluded and self-contained, but you’re just a five minute drive to shops, restaurants and attractions on Highway 192, and only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, with a complimentary shuttle bus included to take you to the door and back.

I’d like to say that this resort blew away my expectations. Even though we arrived later in the night the room was ready and available. The next day made up for any previous delays we had with airport. The fact we sat at the pool and enjoyed the good old Florida sunshine. The resort was clean. Great good. Great service all around. I’d like to say that this resort blew away my expectations. Even though we arrived later in the night the room was ready and available. The next day made up for any previous delays we had with airport. The fact we sat at the pool and enjoyed the good old Florida sunshine. The resort was clean. Great good. Great service all around. Everyone said good morning good night etc no matter what. I can’t wait to book again. We actually booked another extra night which was great. We had to make up that first night of travel. Overall this place is 5 out of 5. Disney was a hop skip and jump away and universal short drive back to Orlando area. Absolutely great for families. Even for couples looking to just relax. I’d like to single out Maria Williams who we had the pleasure of taking care of us at the water park pool. She was ready with any request we had and was always ready to answer any questions. Service was impeccable. Every time she walked by it was always “are you guys ok” or “do you need anything”. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Hope we get to see her on our next trip here. Read less

Maria Williams was absolutely amazing quick service loved our stay! We love everything about it the stay. The boys had a great time by the pool all week.

Such an amazing place! Hotel room is huge and has all we needed. Had a wonderful time at the water park! Rented a cabana and all I can say is it was perfect! Great way to enjoy the sun and relax! Our server Maria was the best!! She was always there whenever we needed her.
