The Sufari water park is an attraction in it’s own right, complete with water slides and a lazy river, and there's also a huge indoor entertainment centre with arcade games and glow in the dark mini golf, the kids won’t know where to start! The resort feels secluded and self-contained, but you’re just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, with a complimentary shuttle bus included to take you to the door and back.

Had a great day at pool. Shaunte was a great waitress. Took care of our family and went above and beyond. Great food and drinks too!! Bathroom fan needs replaced, I’m surprised they could not hear it next door. But, the beds were comfortable and clean rooms. Would stay again

Tarusha gave excellent service to my family and I.. she was spectacular.. she kept checking on us, she help with taking our family pics.. overall she had a great personality and her hospitality was suburb.I really appreciate everything she did for us, I would definitely recommend her services.

Tarusha is a wonderful server , She was really nice & very helpful to be honest she’s is the BEST. Tarusha made us feel very comfortable and at home , Also spent time with us I really appreciate her. I would definitely recommend her to somebody else.

Everything about the resort is great. Very modern and updated. Maps are throughout to help guide you everywhere. It is a resort.. expect higher prices. $3 floaties at Walmart are roughly $7-$8. With a family of 6.. eating out every meal gets extremely pricey. We had to go buy a baking pan and other pots. I think all units need a refresher of kitchen utensils. Plenty of bowls, cups, plates though! Plenty of things to eat on or with for the food you can’t cook. Read less

Overall a wonderful stay. The hotel has a great location - only about 8 miles from WDW's entrance on quiet roads. We stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath superior view apartment with views of the Magic Kingdom's fireworks every night. Comfortable room, great pools and a lovely (gluten free) meal at Valencia. Apartment was clean, if a little dated. Infuriatingly it was missing A LOT of the kitchen equipment when we arrived. A trip to Reception solved most of that (although tea spoons never arrived!). NOTE - if you have a problem the phones often aren't answered and you have to wander down to Reception to ask for things. They also seem incapable of providing a sheet on the bed in the second bedroom that actually fits ... ours was about 6 inches too short. (This has happened to us before and it is very odd!) The only other problem was one regarding the servicing of the apartment, where the Reception staff were not only unaware of what we had paid for, but were unwilling to offer us further cleans. This matter was finally rectified to our satisfaction by the Manager. A special mention, and thanks, must go to the remarkable Helena who we encountered at the security gate, the entrance to the waterpark and elsewhere. She was brilliant - enthusiastic, helpful, professional and a great communicator. A real asset to the hotel. This was our second visit to the Grove and I am sure that we will return. Read less
