Truly enjoyed our recent Florida District Pilot Club Fall Council at the Wyndham! We have been at this facility many times before under previous owners. . The beautiful renovations throughout are lovely! The food service, which included a happy hour buffet, breakfast and lunch buffets and a delicious banquet meal were all among the best I have experienced in many years of attending in nc conferences. There were no facial clothes in the room. Upon arrival at my room, I requested facial clothes and blankets on two different occasions and did not receive any until the next morning from one of the maids who did not speak any English therefore I had to contact the front desk for a third time. Finally I received the items.

The stay overall was good however for me i think a microwave in the room along with a kettle would have made my stay much more better. I am on a strict diet and have to take certain food items with me. Visited this hotel for our 2 week Orlando trip as we were on a slight budget, but we were not disappointed at all. We stayed here for 2 weeks and would return to this hotel! The amenities for the hotel are great and I think we used the Starbucks in the lobby everyday! Hotel guests also get discount in the Starbucks! Having the pizza place in the hotel was great as we often got in late at night and very hungry after a full day at the parks! When we stayed one of the pools was closed due to it being refurbed so only had use of one but that was plenty. My partner used the gym a few times and was pleased with the equipment in there. The bar was cheap for drinks which was great and the location of this hotel is brilliant! There is an IHOP across the street and a super Walmart. I booked this hotel mainly for the included transportation to the parks which saved us a lot of money on Ubers. The only thing I would advise is that there is only 1 bus to each place in the morning and 1 bus back which can be inconvenient due to the timings so we made up for this with Ubers but this is not a regular shuttle service. Really liked the people at this location and Haizel is a great person very polite! The hotel is very clean , wonderful outdoor pool . People seemed very happy to be there . I think it’s the best place to stay . Sushi is excellent . The have a Starbucks inside with great service.
