We stayed one night to visit friends during a Cheer Competition. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower had one temperature; hot and hotter. The pool and spa area was very nice and relaxing. There is a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut (food court style) in the hotel, as well as a beautiful bar.… Read more

It was nice that our rooms were ready early. We used the kiosk to check in and two of our hotel keys ended up not working. The coffee maker did not work in the room and maid service did not come at all which would’ve been fine if the trash cans were bigger. The temperature varied throughout the hotel. Decent experience except customer service is lacking. Hard to call front desk in the evenings, even in person. Don't like the thermostat automatically changing temp back to 70. I have to have it colder at night when I sleep, during the day it's fine but that was not ok. $8 per day upgrade for wellness room was waste of money. Aromatherapy didn't… Read more

Excellent stay, courteous staff, very clean an enjoyable with access to everything. Great location as well for access on a business trip. Staff was very courteous and gave a lot of remnendations. Will definitely be back to stay again sometime soon.

I’m not sure if the air conditioner was not working, but it caused great anxiety with me trying to unpack for my family, and at times I felt I couldn’t even breathe. It was so stuffy which can’t be healthy because germs manifest in warm conditions. In fact, my mom, who I was traveling with, is elderly, and is very sick from this past weekend we stayed. The room itself was very nice and the staff was friendly, but when trying to take the kids to the play zone, hang out and grab a drink at the bar, checking in with a long wait time, was absolutely miserable.
