Spent the week here due to business. Check in was simple, but the 5 of us all had a different experience. The gentleman who assisted me, confirmed the days I was staying, and gave me my room keys. Spent the week here due to business. Check in was simple, but the 5 of us all had a different experience. The gentleman who assisted me, confirmed the days I was staying, and gave me my room keys. Never instructed me where my room was, no parking pass, just handed me my keys. Yes, we all checked in at different times so it's not like we could hear the same message. Thankfully my car was not towed. Most of the day was attending the conference and evening work events. I found the bed comfortable and the room was clean. The AC was quite loud and made a noise that woke me every time it turned on. Since it's summer time there were a lot of children running around which doesn't bother me, but.. it would have been nice for parents to control them slamming doors and screaming down the hallway after 10. I came to this hotel for the H-Street Grille (7/23/2024). The food was tasty, and Jo Jo gave my family and me top-notch breakfast service. I have my time-share nearby, but wanted a place to dine for my family. I was attracted to the cleanliness of the lobby, the AI Robot Bartender, and the dine-or-take-out option at the H-Street Grille. I used a Groupon. Also, Pizza Hut and Starbucks are stationed across from the H-Street Grille in the lobby. We purchased a few coffees from Starbucks as well. Both breakfast and dinner were great at the H-Street Grille, but my entree was the Buffalo Wings and fish tacos. You can order drinks as well. The beds were very comfortable. There were options to eat from. No AC in play area or bottom floor where the lobby was only in the bedrooms and top floors. Starbucks girl taking my order was rude her name was Emily but loved the other girls they were so polite and helpful.
