The hotel

Many people view holiday villas as a ‘home from home’, but these newly built villas in a luxury ‘micro-resort’ community will surely surpass anybody’s dream home! The children will be made up with the themed rooms on offer, the attention to detail bringing the wow factor to their stay. With 12-bedroom villas available, you can go away with the whole family, and there are deluxe amenities for all ages – from a sprawling water park to professional tennis courts, all within half an hour's drive from Orlando’s best theme parks. Whilst there are fantastic amenities to enjoy within the resort's grounds, you’ll be hard pushed to leave the villa itself, with an arcade, games room, and private pool some of the treats that you could find included in your holiday home. And whatever activities it is that you’re involved in, you can refuel with a BBQ in the backyard, or pop to Café Sol and enjoy a poolside pizza – perfect for when you don’t fancy spending too long in the kitchen.

Where is it

Just a half-hour drive from Orlando International Airport, Villatel Village is located in Davenport, 12 miles from Walt Disney World. Distance from Orlando Airport: 30 miles. Distance from Tampa Airport: 70 miles.

Hotel information

A range of fully-furnished villas all featuring air-conditioning, smart TV, en-suite facilities, dining room, living room, and kitchen which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery.

6 bedroom homes are roughly 4000 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 on the second floor, all with smart TV’s and en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms consist of 2 rooms with 1 king-size bed, 2 rooms with 2 queen-size beds, and a themed kids room with 3 bunk beds. The garage will be converted to a small movie room with 86-inch TV and 3 arcade games. There is a loft that will feature an office set up with desk and chair, TV, darts board and game table. The outdoor space contains a 15 x 25 sq ft pool, foosball table, outdoor kitchen/built in grill, table and chairs, and child/baby gate. The living room layout can vary and some include a pool table, whilst the driveway will fit 2 cars. 6 bedroom villas sleep maximum 18 people.

11 and 12-bedroom homes are roughly 7200 sq ft, with 2 or 3 themed kids bedrooms, arcade, movie theatre, gym, 2 washers/dryers, additional fridge space, driveway to fit 5 cars, 15 x 40 sq ft outdoor pool, and outdoor kitchen/built-in grill. There is also a mini children’s pool slide, ping-pong table, foosball table, pool basketball hoop, table and chairs, sun loungers, and safety gate outside. 11 Bed Boutique villas feature a large dining room/conference table. All bedrooms feature an en suite bathroom and a smart TV. 

11-bedroom villas sleep a maximum of 28 people, and 12-bedroom villas sleep maximum of 34 people.

Please note: swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.

Please note: The event centre is still under construction. Work is expected to take place until the end of August '23, with minimal impact on guests.
